Service stopped after I paid for my…

Service stopped after I paid for my tickets. They claim they couldn’t change my flight after the airline put me on an earlier flight which extended my layover from 5 to 7 hours. If I had bought the tix myself I could’ve requested a later flight from airline. Not a good way to start my trip. Then on my flight home, plane was delayed 3 hours. I asked Arangrant to request a refund. I first tried with airline but since I bought tix from Arangrant, they told me to deal with travel agent. Arangrant told me to ask airline directly. I do not like being run around! After submitting all evidence of my delay to Arangrant, they apparently didn’t do anything and closed my case. What a joke! Do not use this company! They didn’t provide any kind of service for what I paid for biz class tix. My agent was nice and good at selling me tix but nothing after that. The so called support team did nothing. They barely speak English. Stay away!!!

They are as good as they claim, we’re just not used to it!

I was very hesitant to use their site, was worried it was too good to be true … turns out it was true, we just got used to being taken advantage of elsewhere!
Genuine, great value, professional and should try them first before buying a business ticket anywhere else.

we saved a lot or money using AranGrant and our Business class Flights were perfect. My only complaint was that we had to do some seat shifting to sit together but that was done with a minimum of effort thanks to fellow travelers.

Awful. Do not use

I told them I was unable to use return portion of a flight. TOLD THEM. They did not come through with a specific request. I stead buried what was needed in a way too long email. Now I'm told I don't have credit. Very unprofessional, especially for business travelers.

Seamless experience. Bought tix through them which cost $1k less each than the Turkish Airlines was quoting. The tix were issued immediately, and I had no problems using them. This was my first time buying tix through a business class consolidator, but it won’t be my last.
