Andy is awesome..I had a meeting with him reviewing my product developement contract and he was thorough and honest in his findings..He was clear that the contract was totally one sided in favor of the product developement company and he saved me a lot of future headaches and possible lawsuits...Thank God for Andy Rapacke...He is the Man!!!

Complete Fraud. Sure....they filed the trademark application, but only after making me do my own research. So I submit my findings and low and behold.....my application gets denied because of one of my findings. Called them multiple times to follow up with their "Application Guarantee"...I hadn't been called back. Eventually, I called to ask for my refund, minus filing fees (as promised by their "Guarantee") Obviously, they didn't call me again. This law office is an absolute scam and should be avoided at all costs. If it worked for you, it's only because you had a patent or trademark that was seamless and required NO WORK to push through. Unless you want to be taken for $1500, I would keep looking if I were you.

Strategy! Planning ahead -- Do Not Wait until something happens. It's not if, it's when!!

Absolutely terrible service! At every stage in the patent preparation process, he was at least a week late in his promised delivery time window, and he would not even reach out to me to tell me why or inform me of a delay. Instead, I would have to reach out to him often several times to get him to work on my patent. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction but saw no improvement in performance. More than a month and a half after paying them to work on my patent filling I have still received nothing more than, "sorry, i'm slammed" bs placating email and a bunch of spam from his firm.

Andrew was very knowledgeable about the questions that our agent had regarding the net benefit of pursuing international patents. Very helpful in making a decision…
