Joseph was absolutely brilliant he was extremely friendly and welcoming.
His knowledge of the car I purchased from him was brilliant he kept me updated on everything.
When I came to pick up my new car he made sure I was happy with the settings and showed me how to change them.

We recently purchased our new Nissan Qashqai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and completely pressure-free — a refreshing change from the usual car-buying experience!
Our sales representative, Ben Dambrough, was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to understand our needs and explain all the options available to suit our budget. His personal touch and patience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.
Tom Charles, Ben’s manager, was also incredibly kind and welcoming, helping to create an environment where we felt completely at ease. There was a great range of options to explore, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
A special mention has to go to the refreshments — we were even offered a kebab and chips while discussing our options, which has to be a first in car sales and made the experience all the more memorable!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new car and value honesty, comfort, and great customer service, I can’t recommend Ben Dambrough and Tom Charles highly enough.

I recently purchased a car from the Leamington branch and can honestly say Luke is the absolute best to deal with. Calls back when he says he will, all work that was being done to the vehicle was done on time for collection. Offered a pick up locally as I wasnt part exing my vehicle. Just a really nice guy who went above and beyond. Would 100% recommend Luke and this dealership to anyone looking for a Peugeot.

THe sales man Luke was very helpful especially with the mountain of forms i had to fill in without his help i would probably have not bothered he was especially helpful showing me how to and were to sign. a very nice young man. i cannot praise him highly enough.
Also he added my phone to the new car and showed me how to use the new gps system

Peugeot 308 SW 2020 Model
My Peugeot should of been called in on a recall timing chain tensioner but never was
It has been serviced at Bromsgrove Peugeot since new. By previous owner .
It has been off road for near on 6 weeks I have requested written service invoice history from bromsgrove because Chorley Peugeot Ormskirk are refusing make good repairs to the engine without this information ,I still owe several thousands of pounds for this car and I am being ignored by all concerned .
This timing chain fault spans all models so beware if your Peugeot has not been recalled either

I was very interested in buying a car from them, awaited their call the next day for a revised offer on my part exchange car. I received no call. The following day I called them to find out that they had sold the car to someone else! I was very annoyed and found this extremely rude that they hadn’t done the courtesy to call me to say that someone was interested in it. They assured me they had found another car exactly the same spec. I waited for 4 days for them to get it from a dealership nearby. They didn’t return calls. I repeatedly asked them to confirm the spec was exactly the same and they confirmed it was each time. I called again to chase up where the car was. I went into the dealership to find out what was going on. It appeared the car had been delivered the previous day, but no one had bothered to phone me. I had been without a car for almost a week at this point. I was on my way back the following day to test drive it and I asked the sales manager to confirm the spec and it turned out it was NOT the same spec/model line after all! Really poor service , poor communication trying to pull the wool over my eyes concerning the spec of the car thinking that I wouldn’t notice, all for a quick sale. All they wanted to do was ‘get the deal done’ in their words. Really appalling service.

Absolute scammers bought a vehicle off them with six months warranty had a coolant problem within two weeks, they changed water pump had car back still had problem reported went in came back still had problem. Then they basically run down the six months saying they couldn't book in as busy once over the six months they washed there hands saying not there problem even though we reported well before the time was up DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS !!
