Arca betyder box på latin. En box er meget mere end et træningscenter og her er vi fælles om at træne. Fælles om at udfordre kroppen, lege, løbe og svede. Vi er ikke et fitnesscenter. Her er ingen spejle, ingen instruktør med mikrofon og ingen, er overladt til sig selv. Arca startede vi, da vi drømte om bedre og sjovere træning end hvad du kan finde i de gængse fitnesscentre – og fordi det ikke passede ind i deres verden. Vi ville bevæge os, uden at blive begrænset af æstetik, maskiner og monotone workouts. Derfor er dét, vi laver hos Arca ikke noget, du finder andre steder. Great service and gold old crossfit
Patrick from customer service was super helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me sort out some issues with signing into the app, which I really appreciated.
The gym has that old-school CrossFit vibe, and the team and community spirit are amazing—just like the good old days. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a supportive and down-to-earth environment!

Had a great experience. Easy when signing up and staff give clear and kind responses when contacted.
The trainers are good and also kind, and the gyms are of a high standard with good equipment. The app is super accessible too
