Bad Support - ignore emails

Online business are hard to trust these days, and its getting worse. I gave Arcadesystems a chance, and they delivered. During busy times, its gets a bit hard to download but overall great selection and if your having issues they help or explain when you can get back to your downloads. hard drive prices have gone up, so things are not cheap.

Download worked as advertised. Instructions were easy to understand and worked the first time.

The shipping speed and order processing was top tier. Especially coming from as far as the UK. I will be ordering from them again.

I purchased the 8tb hyper spin lauchbox download package a few years ago which was lifetime access. But now can't get on so I used the ticket system to ask why I was told I'd have to re purchase as it had expired but I can get 50% off when I questioned them and said everyone gets "50%" off even as a new customer so do I get a discount code. From then I was ignored. I then used the customer portal on discord and was told they will extend my subscription but I'll need to wait as he's very busy fixing servers. I waited a week and again have been ignored. I was hoping to have my machine all up to date this week but because of the guys running this stringing me alone I'm now going to have to source all the roms myself while back at work. Very disappointed.

Anyone who wants to check before they buy should go onto the discord channel and look for themselves, I think at this point in time there's a few issues but I think I might have been unlucky and the timing meant I was waiting longer than normal.

After coming on here they have been in touch and fixed the issus .

I would say although I did have an issue I do respect that they/he has it all publicly on discord so you can check all this before you buy and make your own informed decision. I would buy from them again as I did get what I needed eventually.

Also I have noticed they have improved their sites to reflect how long you will get the products. It looks like in the early days it wasn't as clear so it's now come back to bite them. Hopefully it won't cause them to much disruption as I'd like to see them succeed.

I’ve purchased from this site multiple times, and every single time it has been the same frustrating experience.

Downloads are extremely slow, files don’t work properly, and nothing is as simple as they make it seem. I’ve spent hours trying to get things running, and it just turns into a complete waste of time.

This is not user-friendly at all. It feels like you’re paying for something that should be ready to use, but instead you’re stuck troubleshooting constantly.

At this point, I regret every purchase I’ve made here. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to waste your time and deal with constant issues.

Very disappointing.

I have been a bit critical of arcade systems over the past year or so. But the systems have been radically updated. I was sceptical with using torrents for downloads but it works perfectly. Response times to questions have improved. Customer service is very good. I have a pro access and the portal is excellent to use. I can access everything I need with a few clicks. Please keep up the good work.

Perfect and great work

Unfortunately the service is truly poor. It is not possible to access some servers, transfers are quite slow (even with a 2 Gb/s fiber connection), and several services that should be available with the VIP subscription are missing.
The Discord link always returns “invalid invite”. Every time a transfer starts with FileZilla it eventually stops and reports “IP is banned”. Technical support requests are ignored.
On top of that, users are asked not to open PayPal disputes in case of service issues. If this situation is not addressed, a dispute will be opened soon.

After 15 days no one contact me yet... I obtained a paypal refund
