I couldn’t figure out how to download the file I was told I had to use another app the person who emailed me back was very rude instead of walking me through the process I was just made to feel stupid because I couldn’t figure it out stay away from this site.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Purchased an 8tb Hyperspin drive which had all the old games I wanted. Received a retrobat drive which I already had and all the games I wanted were not on it. I questioned Scott why and he said it was a better drive so sent it instead! MAYBE ASK THE PAYING CUSTOMER BEFORE DOING WHAT YOU WANT TO SCOTT!!!!!
Wouldn't exchange instead offered a download 150tb. Had so many dramas trying to get this working. Sent pics of what was happening and the response was just sending the instructions again . NO HELLO , NO APOLOGY FOR THE MESS AROUND.
Eventually got it working after Scott sent a correct Host number. The full download still does not have the emulators I wanted on the Hyperspin drive. Waste of time.
This place does have good systems BUT EXPECT SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SHITTIER ATTITUDE.
LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER SCOTT THEN YOU MIGHT GET BETTER REVIEWS. OH AND SUPPLY WHAT PEOPLE PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR.

Pre loaded USB emulator

Bought the pre loaded USB for my Xbox Ally X, absolutely over the moon with it. An absolute beauty of a build with all the old classics. Currently spending more time checking out the games than playing as there just so many. Would highly recommend especially for those using handheld systems.

Downloads are way too slow

Downloads are way too slow. It took just under 3 weeks for a 2TB download. Once it was downloaded all the way the file was bad. The 20TB drive download says it is months to download. I keep getting a failure 1 week into it. Useless downloads

Scam

Scam, Scott O'Connell at (ArcadeSystems) is not fit to run a business. Looks like he has taken over this business with zero business or customer service skill. Paid for download and never been able to access this. Promised refund and then started to ignore emails. Company address on Companies house is home address. No doubt this company will be shut down in due course given the level of dissatisfaction customers have reported with regards to the business and its owners interaction with customers.

Great platform!

Been utilizing their collections for many years now! Very good with getting back to you with issues or concerns. Downloads are super large, not sure why people are complaining about that, it will take a while. Been able to fill in large pockets of my collections with their service. I've been a huge retro gaming fan!! Thanks again!

DO NOT purchase the downloads

DO NOT purchase the downloads. They provide an extremely slow FTP that will take years (literally) for you to download all the files. It runs at 30 to 300 Kb/s so you do the math. I ran for about 8 days and then the FTP disconnected me and I could never connect to it again. I gave them two stars as they might actually ship physical hard drives when ordered (I have no idea) and they do respond when I have contacted them after a few days of waiting but no solution was ever given other than to ship them a hard drive to clone. This is definitely not a service I could recommend to anyone.

Don't buy the downloads

This company can not provide their downloads in any reasonable manner. My download purchase could never complete after following all instructions to a T. Even after logging into a customer portal and "fixing" the connection or download problem, the downloads will still not complete.

Contacting them, you get generic responses, and download purchases are non-refundable! Basically a scam!

Avoiding answering questions about suss T&C's

Asked a question bout the 150tb download. The response I got back didn't answer my question. Asked another 3 question about the T&C's, got zero response. The fact they have T&C's for "selling" (renting access for 2 years) access to their server full of roms that are illegal to "sell" should ring alarm bells for everybody. If it doesn't maybe the fact that they reserve the right to cut off your access at any time they choose too.

YOU DONT HAVE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. Don't like our rules and regulations? Go else where. 
 
We have been running for 8 years and have 1000's of happy customers who are alll laughing at your stupid review.
 
We don't actually remove access but as any company does, we have to be careful and have rules and restrictions in place should we need to enforce them. 
 
You must be a very sad individual to take your time to leave a one star review when you haven't even made a purchase and have that little knowledge that you had to ask "how does this 150TB download work".
