They took my money and ghosted me. I paid for two video editing services for $88 each, and they took my money and ghosted me. Plus, their AI videos are junk except for one "actor" Helen. What a waste of money, no communication - they just ignore me on chat and via email. I filed two chargebacks to try to get my money back.

I’ve been using Arcads for my skincare brand ads for months now, it’s so cost effective and ends up being WAY cheaper than paying for a UGC creator. The quality of the AI actors is insane. The fact I have control over it makes it so much better too, the staff are so helpful, and I like what they’re gonna implement to it in the future! If you have an ecom brand, please dont miss out on this opportunity.

Total joke, it can't even say "Ai" - here is a video (wont let me post the video of how bad it is) - now the best part is I had to pay over $10 for the privilege of re-writing my script to say "A i" instead of "Ai" which is the only way to get their bot to say that word correct. I get it, i've dealt with this on other tools, the issue is they are way over priced and every edit is $10+ again, and its an endless attempt to upsell you through the paywall to higher tier. You have to pay $100 to actually sample it, no trial, no test, because they know you will run. IT keeps trying to get you to upgrade higher to pro to unlock the real stuff. And it charges money for its own mistakes like not saying the word "Ai" properly. RUN AWAY THIS IS A JOKE!

In my case I needed senior AI actors (55+) and they have 100+ of those which usually are very hard to find.

The actors are also super organic, and very engaging.

The team is super reactive, and a pleasure to work with.

horrible customer service. or should i better say "no customer service"? 4 requests from my end in 2 weeks. all ignored plus they charged me a day before new subscription starts. i asked 4x for refund and got ignored. now thankfully my bank stepped in and will claim the money back from these frauds. AI videos are also terrible. you will have to pay on top for making them better. not worth at all the price

Terrible Service and Accents Only USA. I paid over NZD 200 per month, the accents do not work, and the processing is very slow. This platform is a total con as is shows their customer care people are online but they never reply. So, I'm asking for a charge back on my credit card. DO NOT use this service
