First they answered the phone promptly and were very knowledgeable about their products. Best selection of corbels anywhere! They were helpful with my order and very nice to deal with. Accurate about the delivery date too. My corbels arrived well packaged. Exactly what I ordered. I found the web site easy to navigate and the 360 feature was perfect for seeing the the designs from all angles.

I had a large order, and Delivery was so fast, and was accurate. Product is exactly what I expected. Definitely will order from them again.

I made an purchase on Dec. 6th, received an email that the product shipped on Dec. 9th. They only created a label. 3 phone calls & an email later, they created a replacement order on Dec
17th., I received another email stating the product had shipped. It's mid day on Dec 20 and only a label has been created. This company could care less about the customer, they grab your money & lie to you.

The company jumped to make me happy when I discovered a little too much variation on the rough sawn natural wood boards. The moved me to the head of the production line and gave me a perfect product and a perfect experience!

It was easy to custom order shutters and they arrived a week earlier.

HORRIBLE. Spent more than $2000 on shutters and they never arrived. Countless emails and attempts to reach company and management go to a black hole.

Simple online order. I got exactly what I was expecting. Great products and service.

So go online and place an order for a couple of pieces of outdoor trim. Use their series of drop-down menus to create the piece I want and place my order. get the piece and it doesn't fit, sent the incorrect size. Reach out to return and am unfortunate to get teamed with Priscilla..knows nothing except to tell me there are no returns on special orders. WHAT? This was not a special order. The way they have their site represented is different from what the reality is. EVERYTHING on their site is special order, despite it giving the appearance of just ordering stock materials with drop down menus. When they send you the wrong size, they ask you to prove it with pictures. When you do that, they claim there is nothing wrong with the item and the pictures you sent are not correct..I measured on the front and the measurement should be on the back. If I had sent the back, they would have wanted the front. 45 emails back and forth and can't get a manager. I get Sam Pease..suposed sales manager and by his own admission, the highest person you can get in the company. I asked for a senior member, and he told me it was him. No CEO, no CFO, no VP's or manager, just Sammy. Just as unhelpful as the Priscilla. No care of the customer. They would rather alienate a customer over a $300 order rather than say let's meet in the middle here and we will work with you to get you squared away. Thats what REAL companies do, help their customers solve issues, regardless of who created them. This company would rather spend time in beating you down. Good luck with that as I see I am not the only one with this sort of report on your business. It will catch up with you.

The website is easy to use. Lots of choices. Order came fast. Only complaint is product itself. I got crown mounding and pre cut corners. I just think the corner pieces are too small and hard to line up

During a recent (Sep-Oct 2024) project to install workable hurricane shutters on my residential windows, I needed to place several orders from Architectural Depot, one of which was over $2k. These orders were time sensitive because of contract scheduling. In all cases, Architectural Depot came through like a champion, professional and courteous throughout the ordering process. They ensured the fastest delivery possible. They also were the only source I could find in the US that had the type of hinge and pintle set that could be securely fixed to the brick siding of my home. I definitely recommend Architectural Depot for the highest quality products and service.
