Quick response, quality product

I wanted an ornamental chair rail and found the selection at Architectural Depot outstanding. The prices were very reasonable too. Ordering online was easy and the shipment arrived earlier than I expected. The product was well packaged with no issues at all. I definitely recommend Architectural Depot.

Nice detailed samples and they arrived very quickly

The website had all of the details and specifications I needed to select a different style of corbel for my kitchen island. The corbels are beautiful and easy to install and paint.

I first received an incorrect item. After contacting their customer support team, the error was quickly handeled and the proper items were shipped. The items received were ask expected, high quality.

They do soild quality work I'm beyond happy how my front porch turned out with the decorative corners.

My order was destroyed somewhere in the delivery chain. I sent a picture of my order to ArchitecturalDepot and explained my situation. Never even asked for a replacement or refund. Today I received a full replacement in perfect condition. Unbelievable service. Two thumbs up for this company. Thanks so much !

I was looking for a particular molding that was already existing in a home. None of the home improvement stores had it in a stainable pine. Not only did Architectural Depot have it in pine but also in a number of different wood species. Delivery was faster than promised and ordering was easy. This will be my go to from now on.

Christmas day...I was decluttering and evaluating where I am on my home reno and decided to dress up the windows and side door with crossheads, pilasters, and new red shutters. Decent sale. Now everything is painted and just waiting for a warmer Maine winter day! Great products, fair prices, excellent shipping speed and communication. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged.

When I call their customer service line, they were always very friendly, super helpful even when I mistakenly place an order they cancel and replace with the product I need. Great service, great quality products and also delivered even few days before the promised day.

When I had an issue with incorrect parts in a several railing kits that I ordered from them I got next to zero customer service in trying to get the correct parts to complete my deck. I spoke to three people there, Lakan, Cassandra, and Priscilla. Lakan tried, but sent me the wrong parts, even though I sent them a picture of the parts from the rail kit to make sure they understood what it was that I needed. Cassandra and Priscilla are supposed to be supervisors and neither one did anything to rectify the issue. Eventually, they just stopped responding to my calls and emails all together. I eventually reached out to the manufacturer directly and they sent me the right parts immediately.
