The brand does not sell what they claim, I ordered a shoe size that should have fit me but the shoe was pretty much 1-2 size small and when I wrote them an email, I was never heard back from them. It’s a fraud company and I would never do business with them in future.

I regret that I did not come earlier. Such good shoes with top quality leather and a reasonable price. I bought two shoes so far and I’m already picking my next shoes. Customer service was amazing and helpful. Delivery took a while, close to a month, but the shoes feel comfortable and well made.

I always value quality over anything else, and they never failed to surprise me every time with their top tier Quality, bought 2 shoes so far, and I'm already picking my next shoes, not to mention their amazing customer service, very professional and helpful, Arconya will always be my go to business when I'm looking for high quality genuine leather shoes.

Online I found other prior customers that claim this website resells cheap shoes and sells three times more expensive. I also had a negative experience with this company and it’s unprofessional customer service and cannot say for certain if this claim is true. However, I found their sister brand (Ashour shoes) that people have claimed to be a major scam website on TrustPilot along with other websites. I only realized this too late when I already had purchased a pair of boots from Arconya. I found the shoes to be very much plastic-like (might be leather but not like leather shoes I’ve ever seen or smelt) and too small, but they initially kept denying and claiming “my order is marked as fraudulent”.
I was finally issued a 30% refund since I was not able to mail the shoes all the way to Italy, as I was not provided with a return label. Im still left greatly dissatisfied with the boots and the fact they are a few sizes too small- size is not their issue BUT they did not accept this as a valid reason for a free and complete return apparently. For this reason, I will not be purchasing from them again and I hope they stop reaching out to me.
