I usually do not write bad reviews, got three dresses for my daughter's birthday, it looked Nothing like picture, wish I could upload pictures here.. SMH
Ordered a dress months ago that has never arrived. When I reached out to the “company” they play dumb asking for email address (uhhh, the one I’m emailing you from?) and for order number, which is noted in the subject line. Not to mention their many “your order has shipped” emails are clearly scams and note different order numbers day to day. SCAM.
Absolutely appalling.
They are plainly using someone else’s photos and passing them off as your own. Quality is simply not there. These are sorry knock offs that are very poorly made. Cuts are not straight, edges do not line up, fabric colors do not match, appliqué that are in the product photo do not exist in the actual product. everything about this is absurd.
I also noted that the link to contact them auto fills with incorrect spelling, so most of your complaints are probably not even getting to them.
Do NOT buy from these people!
Cheap nasty polyester, nothing like the image and the return is SO expensive(you have to pay for postage to China!) that you are stuck with a useless horrible product! The materials are not suitable for babies & customer service is bad!
