The website was easy to use and the support was able to answer my questions fast and rather uncomplicated. I bought an item over amazon but i was able to add the product to my msi account. Unfortunately refunds are only possible trough amazon if you bought the item there which made it complicated because amazon said i should contact msi support etc. but at the end i am very happy and that i could get a full refund for my product…

I got a liquid freezer ii 360 off ebay but it didn't arrive with the am4 installation kit. I opened the ticket late July and the ticket wait time to resolve was around 2 weeks, 10 days assuming customer service isn't operating over the weekends. Unfortunately from my understanding customer service is short on team members so a wait time is to be expected, but the team member is fantastic and helpful. I will again ammend and update the review when I can install the aio and get the right numbers.

I bought an Arctic X1-3D, a well-priced and sturdy arm for my monitor, a 34" wide screen. I can mount it at the corner of my desk for an even cleaner look. So I'm very happy with it.

Now, I also ordered a vesa mount for my Dell docking station. I didn't expect it to be compatible with any of the above, but with some minor cutting in the docking station mount I was able to mount it in between the Arctic X1-3D and my screen, however, because of the non-standard order of mounting parts, it was way more difficult to mount the arm to the screen and mount. Doing this I've damaged Arctics VESA mount and the screws - which was totally my own fault! I've contacted Arctic support and asked if they maybe still had a spare vesa mount and screws for my mount (as I couldn't find that spare part on their website). They helped me out very quickly and sent me a replacement VESA mount with screws. So I'm super happy with that! Now I just need a second person to help me mount my hacky construction properly.
