I contacted customer support to get an updated mounting bracket for my Arctic Freezer 280 and they responded saying they will ship it to the UK within a few days. Special thanks to Stephan Otto for his professionalism and kind words.
Arctic makes great fans, the best price to performance AIOs and they listen to their customers and reviewers so they can continue to improve their products.

Tried to purchase fans and failed
I tried to order some fans a few months ago without creating an account, and although i paid for them and i got the order #, the payment was never processed, and i didnt receive the order. Later, i found out the customer has to create the account even though the website has an option to not create said account and still receive their order, and although i'm very happy with my purchase, i can't give 5* to a company that loses a customer's order.

Customer support redeemed themselves
I have created a support ticket about possible issue with Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB. Before buying I want to make sure it can be mounted on my motherboard. Arctic has previously discovered issues with certain motherboards, and I want to know if this is affecting my motherboard brand/model. Ticket #CS586950 created 25-10-2022, and still no answer.
Update 04-11-2022: My 1-star experience has turned into a 4-star experience. Arctic has responded very well to my support ticket, so they are OK after all.

It isn't easy to find a 140mm slim fan on the market and this brand is one of the few that have this product on the market, so I took the chance to buy from them. It is well built, the brand online shop works very well and shipped it quite fast. Thanks!

Very slow/ slacking service.

I gave them a phone call and they were quite helpful and said that they will check my support ticket today. I wish it would have been easier to get support from manufacturer.

Unfortunately refunds are only possible trough amazon if you bought the item there which made it complicated because amazon said i should contact msi support etc. but at the end i am very happy and that i could get a full refund for my product…
