When ever you like
Easy to install. We have been very happy and it is actually a cheap way to check whether this actually serves your needs ans expectations.
One star down for ability to empty quickly. Last 10 liters of water to be changed is a job where you need to tip to empty as the valve is placed too high.
We - me and my wife - started out last summer and did not stop this winter untill water froze :-) Really a nice way to do your winter bath ... not having to join all the over engaged people in common areas. With this installation you go when you want to ... and you can try it out for yourself in your own quiet surroundings at home

cheap product, worse support
i got a dropshipped product without any logo on the outside of the ice-bath and a manual in chinese. so not the product displayed on their website. i was looking for some high-quality product, but got disappointed.
i wrote them several emails but only as i opened a case with paypal after a week they responded me with a return label.
which i had to pay upfront and my return reason was forced to „i regret my buy“, which is not true. i was sold a different product.
since then the shipping has returned but again no message from them. probably again have to contact paypal.
a bad product and a even worse support on their side.
my order number was #1616.
and i wrote emails to all of their domains, there are 3, which is also a bit sketchy.
edit: as i write this the refund has been paid, so at least something.

I am very happy for my new tub
I am very happy for my new tub. It is larger than I expected and very easy to assemble. The edge is sturdy enough to grab for support when getting up. One thing that could be improved would be some kind of stiff support for the cover, since mine collect water on top, when it rains since it sinks down.

I love my ice bath
I love my ice bath. though there was some trouble with delivery on time. However, the communication with the owners of the shop was very good, friendly and service minded which made it up for the late delivery. The ice bath is a very easy set up and the quality seems good. The 4 stars in stead of 5 is the price. 999 kr seems high for what it is. But I love it and using it every single day
