Exceptional Service for Refi requirement.

I had a requirement to re-fi my home in Dallas,TX metroplex. I contacted Arcus Lending and within a day whole process was started. Agent explained me different options according to my requirements. I was pleased with their details which can save me money. Whole experience to re-fi was smooth without much stress. If I have do again I won't think twice to goto Arcus Lending.

Very knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful

Shashank helped me with my loan financing while buying my (first) home. During the process, there were few unexpected challenges and things didn't go as originally planned. However, Shashank was able to quickly come up with alternatives to make sure that the offer / deal went through.

I am happy with the level of support, and especially continuous communication I received from his office to get me through those situations. I highly recommend his services to anyone interested in getting financing.

They do process loans that close

They do process loans that close. However, their portfolio is limited to sales or refinance of home (no construction loans or land/lot loans)

This is specifically for Shashank Shekar. Very prompt and responsive. Gives good and right advise. Keeps up his words.
His staff is really good and easy to work with. This is based on my past two refinance experiences!
