Freddie was really kind and helpful and help me resolved the timetable.I had issues with the morning lessons due to my work as well and I found a quiet challenging attending to lessons and he straight away answered to my email and send me a form to complete and he informed me that by Monday next week I will definitely receive a notice about the form being approved or not.

My experience with Arden

As I near the end of my 3-year journey with this university, I just want to express a huge THANK YOU. A few years back, while I was looking into how to study fully online while working and searching for universities, I came across mixed reviews. Still, I chose this university because it offered exactly what I was looking for in a specific field. I had the opportunity to connect with dedicated professionals who provided assistance in many areas. The university offers career services, financial and well-being support -everything necessary to manage fully remote studies alongside other responsibilities like work and family. I am especially thankful to the professionals who supported me throughout my studies: Cathy from Careers, Mohammed from Academics, my wonderful tutor Sokyna, Wendy and Emiluy from Well-being support, and Rob, my module leader. The only area I think needs improvement is the academic materials and webinars for each module, which should be more tailored for remote students. Other than that, keep up the great work!A small piece of advice: For students wishing to study remotely, please choose this university; otherwise, opt for on-campus studies as remote is challenging and requires a lot of self studying!

My experience with Arden University has been mixed

My experience with Arden University has been mixed and, unfortunately, disappointing in several key areas.

While the programme content itself has potential, the execution—particularly around academic guidance and administration—fell short of expectations. Assignment instructions and assessment criteria were often ambiguous, requiring students to interpret expectations independently with limited clarification.

On multiple occasions, I submitted assignments for formative feedback with the expectation of receiving constructive guidance prior to final submission. The feedback provided was frequently generic, such as “this was well written,” without identifying specific areas for improvement, gaps against the marking criteria, or recommendations for strengthening the work. This limited the usefulness of the formative process and reduced its intended academic value.

Administrative support was a major concern. Responses from the administrative team were frequently delayed or, in some cases, not forthcoming at all. A particularly serious issue arose when I requested an official confirmation letter of my expected completion date. The letter I received incorrectly stated that I would be graduating in 2029, despite my programme end date being 2025; which I specifically highlighted. When I contacted the administration to have this error corrected, they declined to amend the document. This error directly resulted in the loss of a professional opportunity, which was both frustrating and avoidable.

Prospective students should be aware that success at Arden requires a high level of independence, persistence, and tolerance for administrative challenges. With improved responsiveness, clearer academic communication, and more meaningful academic and administrative support, the overall student experience could be significantly enhanced.

Honestly and professional.!

Love the students and the teachers are ok and supportive of u if u personally speak with them.

But the reason for this review is about the staff member at the cafe they have on the ground floor…

This girl is always so rude and abrupt. It’s almost like she gives jealous vibes!?Which I don’t know why because she isn’t a bad looking girl but her attitude makes her ugly 🥴🥴
She always acting like she can’t be bothered. Always rolling her eyes and giving stink attitude. Like chill out, be calm, it’s not that serious😵‍💫.
She had an attitude from the get go, I ordered hot food and when it was ready she called it out and threw in down on the counter… but the man behind me had ordered food too, and when his was ready she delivered it to his table . Like really girl if ur intimidated by my presence or looks don’t work in hospitality/customer service 😂😂
As somebody that’s had a head waitress job before for over 2yrs. She definitely needs to fix her approach. Ppl like me wud train her on how to excel her path way work regarding ethics!!!
It cost ZERO to b nice
And it cost Zillch, to deliver service with a smile!
Remember this is England!! You choose the work, the work don’t choose you!!

Other then That, happy bdays Arden :) pls Have better staff on the cafe then Mayb the students wudnt wild out for u to make it an Only staff cafe in a student environment!!!
