Quick and efficient service,repair ed motor mover relay and receiver

My Powrwheel handset failed to start up and I thought about repair but decided on purchasing a new one. Ordered a new one from AR which arrived the next day! Wasn’t sure about programming but needn’t have been as the instructions sent with the unit were simple and easy to understand, even for me! Set up and tested today and it worked first time. I can now relax a little as I can at least get my caravan off the drive!

Excellent turn around. I posted my motor mover for repair on Tuesday morning and it was returned fixed on Thursday morning. You can't expect better than that.

Finally had time to reinstall mover. This works very well, all problems solved. Direct contact is made with remote control. A very fast and correct service with this company. The hassle with customs and additional import duties are worth it.

Super, speedy repair of our motor mover. I sent it off on Wednesday and it was fixed, returned and refitted in the caravan by Saturday.

One point for people using the service is to keep your postage to A&R Electronics under 2kg to save postage costs.

They fixed my Truma motor mover SE -R with a fault code of SSSS SSLL very quickly and they were quick to answer my email prior to buying the service to confirm they could fix my issue.

Sent off the control box and remote from our motor mover which was only working on one side posted Monday, received a phone call Tuesday reporting they had fixed it and got it back on Wednesday morning. Fantastic service with a rapid response.

Amazing service, sent Richard 3 x pcb boards for a Truma boiler in motorhome, called to say he has received & asking the symptoms within ten minutes called me back to say faulty component on the main mother board sending back that same day. Replaced boards and pleased to say my other half was happy to have heating + hot water again. Thank you Richard once again.

Contacted Richard following recommendation from Reich UK as my motor mover packed up. Sent out Monday morning, phone call received Tuesday morning saying all fixed received back Wednesday morning and back on van Wednesday afternoon and works perfectly. Very relieved as all in repair including insured postage both ways less than £150.

Drop in on the off chance with the motor mover box. 15 mins and was fixed. Quick, pleasant experience.
Had to call to get some help, no problem. Motor mover all working well now. Brought a new controller from this company. Good value.

Fantastic professional service. I sent my Cascade water heater burner off on the Tuesday it was returned on the Thursday. Full report given on repairs carried out. Had to wait until the weekend to fit it back in the caravan works like new. Very happy.
