Sent off my wrecked Carver burner unit on the Tuesday evening and despite a delay by the post office the unit was returned to me on the Friday morning good as new. First class service beyond my expectations. Highly recommend

After registering online for a repair to my motor mover control box I followed the explicit instructions and posted the box to A & R. The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently and the box returned by post in a few days.
Really happy with the service and will gladly recomend to others.

Sent my truma PCB to them and within 5 days I had it back fully working. Excellent service.

Just got home on thursday 3/10. on the doorstep was a parcel, to my amazement it was the Truma combustion fan which i sent to them on Tuesday 1/10 from cornwall.
All repaired and now back in motorhome and working.
they have saved me over £200 by repairing this item compaired to over £300 for a new replacement.
just cant believe there is company in the Uk that has such a quick turn round,

No repair done so refund was given.

Four relays replaced and a new chip, plus a reprogram for a £100. Excellent service. Highly recommended. And I should add very fast turnaround.

Just prior to departing for a 2 week caravan holiday my 20 year old Truma motor mover control unit stopped responding. Luckily the journey passed close to Cannock and I dropped it off. Despite closing for annual holiday, A&R managed to post a refurbished unit and paired handset to my home ready for my return. Without a mover, my caravan would still be parked on the highway! Outstanding service and highly recommended. Thank you Yan.

I sent my control panel for repair on Monday.it has arrived today Wednesday.Fantastic Service,my remote is working again. standing within a metre of caravan side.close to where the control panel is fitted. Considering my caravan is over 15 years old .I am happy.I just want to turn van around on my drive .which I will be able to do 👍👍👏

Went to collect and fitted back in the Fridge all now working fine on Gas without locking out

Excellent service, Yan assisted me over the telephone with diagnostic checks to confirm the control box may have a possible fault and not the handset. Posted both items late p.m. on a Monday and received repaired control box and remote with in one week. Yan kindly kept me updated via e-mail during this time.

Yes it's a super quick service. Sent the Thetford N112 fridge control board, I looked at it and thought oh no it a gonna. But just 3 hours after they received it.. I got a text fixed and ready to return to me. If I had looked at the text earlier it would of been a 3 day turn around. Brilliant saved me having to buy a new fridge
Put the board back and all worked as it should.
