Quick to take your money slow to help you when their products don’t work

I paid for the bands which I got no problems then paid for the app. After three weeks or so of repeated password resets and only being able to access the app once I asked to cancel my subscription. Two years later I find out that not only did they not cancel my subscription they have charged me for the last two years, double charge for this year! I’ve contacted them and concur gently they have no record of me contacting them about the app problems. Do they they owe me over $300 in refund they will only cancel the latest one which they charged me for twice but will only refund me once! Don’t get involved with this company! Seems like they are quick to take your money but very slow on delivering their promises and any refunds!

Returns are a huge pain!

I already had the Arena Strength resistance bands, and thought they were pretty good. I was bombarded with ads for add-on products, and succumbed. But if there's any problem, their customer service is the worst! Their return policy, as stated on that section of their website, is not exactly the breezy "30-day trial period" that they advertise to get you to buy. My first issue was with a door anchor strap that wouldn't slide under my door. I hadn't anticipated that problem, and didn't attempt to install it within 30 days, so I had to let it go. (30 days, no exceptions!) I didn't find the body bar attachment to be especially convenient either. I was glad to see that purchase was still within the 30-day return period, and initiated a return. What an ordeal! It took a chain of some 25 emails to get a refund, but I finally did. It was a little annoying that they opened with the "small, woman-owned business" ploy. What kind of person would want to return something to a small, woman-owned business? WHY did I want to return it? (I... just don't like using it?) Then they wanted photos of everything. (The items were virtually unused -- almost untouched.) I packed everything back up securely with plenty of bubble wrap. Naturally, I had to pay the $18.40 Priority Mail shipping cost. (Because they're so small! And woman-owned.) And then I heard nothing for a couple of weeks. So I sent another email to check on the status of my return. They said they would investigate. They reported back that, unfortunately, the returned items had been marked "damaged." (This struck me as highly unlikely.) They wanted photos, so they could file a damage claim. I told them they already had all the photos. They eventually refunded me, but it was a very tiresome process. Heaven help you if you need to return anything to this company! I was so annoyed, I blocked them on social media -- and have even thought about donating all the bands I bought from them -- just so I won't be reminded of this lousy customer service experience. (Oh, and that useless door anchor strap!) Their communication made me feel difficult and unreasonable. But I have never had to jump through so many hoops for a simple return.

Worst customer service ever

I have made 2 orders with this company. First one was fine. Second order I was never sent tracking details, shipping took weeks. My package finally arrived but half was missing. Contacted them again and was advised that "Unfortunately, we stopped shipping out our Perfect Portion Program last August and just returned to shipping it again."
This was not listed on their website.
I tend requested a refund on the items that didn't arrive and was told this couldn't be done. I would not recommend this company, I have had emailed going back and forth for weeks with excuse after excuse. Items are now shipped from China and take forever, dishonest, bad business.

Terrible customer service, mediocre product (at best)

Terrible customer service. They mess up orders then blame the customer. I wrote a comment on their instagram and they blocked me! Which to be honest is exceptionally poor. The product is ok, but I had far better results from 3 months using a squat rack than 2 years with these average bands.
The GM (Tammy Moore) wrote to me and said they’d unblock me, they never did but I also don’t care as their products don’t meet my needs, and I refuse to pump money in to a company that does not treat customers well.

Dorcas the customer service manager thinks blocking customers is ok, if their review is negative because it might impact sales. Dorcas justified this by saying I didn’t indicate their efforts to resolve the matter, they didn’t/hadn’t resolved their monumental screw up and were holding into my money, so I’d say that my comment was absolutely just.

I was given a full refund in the end but after being treated like absolute dirt by arena strength.

Be aware of customer support when things go wrong

I bought some body band and one of the band is fraying and the elastic has loose.
However Arena Strength will not replace the band without an order number!
The bands were a present from my family and they do not have an order number - I have given them the information from the label on the back of the packages, which they say is not good enough!
This is not a good customer support for someone who also bought a stronger body bank a few weeks ago.
