This has been the best company that I have ever dealt with since buying items online.
I ordered the face mask and a set of gloves when they arrived I found the mask too small and the gloves too big. however it was my fault as I was unsure on the measures. I emailed the company and received immediate response from Lucy, not only that by that night i received a phone call from David to discuss my order. I was impressed with their response and even though I couldn't return the items (Health safety reasons) I reordered a new set of gloves and Mask, not only did I receive them promptly but also received a gift from them. Both Lucy and David were a pleasure to deal with. Beside books this is my first review about online purchases, but I was so impressed with their service that I felt I had to.

These are very nice masks and they arrived promptly. The only thing I would say is that the Medium doesn't seem to be much smaller than the Large, and is not as tight around the chin as I would like.

My husband who suffers from Asthma and is allergic to his saliva so when ever he wears any regular face mask he begins to start coughing and chocking on his own saliva so he tries to avoid wearing any type of mask.
In the beginning to wearing the new ar mask Simon moulded his mask to his nose he could then easily wear the mask without any problems, no coughing, no choking from his saliva and other than a little bit of slight amount fogging up of the glasses 👓 but other than that my husband didn't know he was wearing the mask and he told me out 1 to 10 he said he would make the result as 9.5.
Well done AR keep up the Awesome work.

Waste of money
Bought 5 of these masks last year. Used a couple of times but found the masks useless- loose fitting and the adjustable ear loops kept slipping. Expensive masks as I had them shipped to Australia.
Additional Info-company contacted me to inform me there is a new mask, Please note review is for old mask and not new. Great customer support to follow up on my comments and to send me new mask to try. I would give 5 stars for customer support (note company did not ask me to change my comment)

Nice masks, they are comfortable to wear and feel sturdy but light. I found it hard to adjust mine to completely eliminate airflow, however.
