I cannot vouch for their social media posts but, hey ho, my 1yr old cat came back by himself 14 days after going missing, possibly because I left my t-shirt (scent) outside following PetRadar advice.

Scam.
Paid the fee to post advert of our missing cat. But nothing has gone live, which we have checked across multiple accounts.
For clarity, I have contacted Petradar and asked for proof that this was posted. The 'proof' they sent was a link to a 'demo ad', which is not live for anyone. This is clearly a scam.
They are the worst type of people, using peoples grief and fear for personal profit.

It is a useless website . I paid $147 dollar for 1.5 radius posting information and receive 0 reply or tip . While I posted for free from Pawboost and received helpful tip to find my pet there within less 1 hour from the post on Pawboost . I requested my refund less than 24 hrs from paying for their helpless services

As explained in our previous communication, the service you purchased with PetRadar is targeted social media advertising, and your campaign delivered over 11,000 local views to help raise awareness in your area.
We completely understand how important it is to receive sightings quickly, and we truly wish we could guarantee that. Unfortunately, no platform can control whether the people who see an ad have relevant information or come forward. As much as we would love for tips to come in every time, this is not something anyone can guarantee.
That said, we’re genuinely so relieved to hear that Bootsie was found safe. That’s always what matters most 💛
All core tools (posters, website listing, sighting form, guidance) are provided free of charge. The paid portion specifically covers advertising costs with third-party platforms, which are incurred once a campaign goes live and are therefore non-refundable, as outlined in our policy.

Complete waste of time and money
Complete waste of time and money. The QR code on the poster doesn’t work (lost 2 days trying to get it fixed) and the sponsored social media reach doesn’t seem effective. Better off with Pawboost or doing your own social media posts to lost animal pages. Very disappointing.

My Cat Returned After a Week - Keep Looking
I don't know if the campaign helped find my cat Maggie. I enlisted PetRadar's social media campaign on the 7th day she'd been missing. The posts had over 3000 local views. It's possible a neighbour saw my post asking people to check their locked sheds and let her out, as she turned up in our next-door neighbour's yard the following morning on the 8th day. I've read people complain about the cost of PetRadar's social media campaigns; from experience, I understand that they're expensive to run due to Facebook and IG advertising costs. I wanted many locals to see my post, and I was prepared to pay for it. I already made my own flyers, and letterbox dropped 200 of them. However, I did get many handy tips from PetRadar's website over the past 7 days, which I utilised. I was about to put PetRadar posters in public places and felt better knowing I could use the QR code to help protect my privacy and help avoid scammers. Last night, I read many reviews from people who got their cat back after a week; they gave me hope. Today, I was preparing to door-knock neighbours to ask them to make sure Maggie wasn't locked in a shed. It was PetRadar who gave me the confidence to do so. I believe PetRadar's free and paid services are worth 5 stars. Maggie came back after 7 days and 10 hours. If you read this, don't give up.
