Reassuring from the start
Sue and the team are very supportive and communicative, making you feel like they're right there in the thick of it with you during a stressful time. The posters and flyers are great quality and delivered quickly so you don't feel like you're sitting around wasting precious time (and may well be covered by your insurance too). Booking a search team was also easy, and while the logistics of it mean it's not a cheap option - and ultimately we cancelled ours at the last minute when Cole the wanderer finally found his way home the night before - it's great to know it's there when you feel like you've tried everything else. Would definitely turn to these folks again should we ever find ourselves in the same position.

My beautiful boy Chester
My beautiful boy Chester had been missing for a couple of weeks when I came across animal search. I had tried everything myself from flyers, social media, door knocking and going out on foot searching all hours of the day and night, Chester was neutered and microchipped but he had not been scanned anywhere nor picked up by anybody. Despite all of my efforts I had no sightings of him and I was desperately trying to stay hopeful. I then put Chester on animal search’s website lost and found when the next day I received a phone call from sue, she informed me that because Chester had insurance with petplan they would cover the cost for the search of him if this is something I would like to go ahead with, I had no idea I could do this, sue was extremely lovely and did not make me feel like this was something I had to do, but of course I did. Chester was posted after a couple of hours when I approved his advertisement and the next day I received a box full of flyers and leaflets. We had no concrete sightings until just over a week later when unfortunately a gentleman recognised Chester from animal search, thankfully they made sure to draw attention to his luminous green collar, Chester had passed away but animal search allowed us to finally bring our baby home to rest in peace with his family. Had it not been for their amazing team getting people to remember his beautiful face and remind them to call we may never have found out what happened. I am eternally grateful to this amazing team and I would highly recommend anybody to use them, they were there for us every step of the way even at the end of our Chester’s journey.

I had no idea a service like Animal…
I had no idea a service like Animal Search UK even existed until our cat went missing, and discovering that it was covered by our Petplan insurance was just amazing. It took away so much of the stress at what was an incredibly worrying time.
Within just 6 hours we had a positive sighting of Snowy, and within 48 hours he was safely back home. He had travelled miles away and was completely lost. Thanks to Animal Search UK, we were able to target our search efforts almost immediately, which is exactly why we got him back so quickly.
The support was incredible — they even arranged printed posters and leaflets, sent by special delivery within 24 hours. I honestly cannot express what a huge help this service was. Professional, fast, compassionate, and truly life-changing for us.

Amazing service and a caring, knowledgeable team
Our cat went missing six weeks ago, and since our first time contacting them Animal Search UK have been a fantastic resource for guidance & support.
The materials provided were excellent, and made it easy for us to spread awareness about our boy in the community, as well as the peace of mind of knowing there was a 24/7 helpline that would log any and all sightings.

Good free service
I only used the website to log the details of my missing pet. The website was straightforward and easy to use and gave me a sense of "doing something" to find my pet. Luckily my pet returned home on his own after a few days. I contacted Animal Search via email to close the file and received a response very fast. I think it's great to have a free service like this to help out at a stressful time.

Very helpful and calming giving good advice in a tumultuous time. Sue was very nice to talk to and not at all pushy (unlike some reviews I've seen), just trying to get the best for you situation.
We've had lots of community engagement with help from the posters and flyers, and our cat eventually got found by a passerby after 1.5 months of missing. Never give up hope, and take any help you can get, it really makes a difference!

Our indoor cat Marley decided to go on…
Our indoor cat Marley decided to go on an adventure on Friday 25th of July while visiting our son and daughter in law. My son’s outdoor cats returned but not Marley. We were extremely worried so we asked AnimalSearch’s help. The posters and leaflets we ordered came the next day. Wonderful job. Sue was very kind, always there for me. As advised we waited 5 days for the search. But Marley came back the day before the search. We were so happy, the stress vanished. Marley was hungry but well. We used Animal search after our cat went missing whilst we were on holiday. The posters were professionally done and stood up to the weather. We also had the search team out who were really supportive. We had a lot of leads and eventually one of these paid off and we were able to get Misty home 6 weeks to the day that she went missing. Animal search did what they said they would and supported us throughout this terrible time

It was so easy to report my lost cat and the people there are so compassionate and helpful and you can tell that they really care about helping you find a lost animal.

I've used Animal Search twice
I've used Animal Search twice, both times when my cat went missing after a move. The first time he was missing for 6 weeks and we had the full search team out and the second he was missing for 8 days and we just used the poster service. Both times the whole team was incredibly professional and supportive. They told us the most important thing is that people in the area know-and so the posters (whole they seems abit pricey) are 100% worth getting. They are waterproof, tamper proof and really eye catching. We're all seen the posters of missing pets when they've been rained on and you can't make out a thing. These things would survive an apocalypse! I can't rate Animal Search highly enough. At a really dark time, they are absolute angels

Animal search team were amazing when we…
Animal search team were amazing when we had lost our cat Binx for 3 days, they gave us lots of helpful tips, reassured us, normalised how we were feeling and we felt so much more hopful and prepared to search for our cat. Animal Searches tips and advise got us to canvas the neighbourhood which lead to sighting, and then led to a neighbour calling to say they could see Binx in the woods near thier House and we got him back, so without thier support, we wouldn't have got him home. We really appricated thier support, and organising the leaflets and brilliant online campagna to find him. I recomend Animal Search highly, also Sue was brilliant and so efficient and caring. Professional and compassionate
We turned to Animal Search UK when our beloved cat Ralph went missing on 27th May. We were beside ourselves with worry. We had already tried sharing posts on local Facebook groups and putting up some temporary handmade posters, to no avail, and we felt that getting a professional campaign organised was the next step. After registering him as missing on the website, we received a phone call from the team offering to design and print professional posters/flyers for Ralph. After a short email exchange to confirm details, they were in the post and arrived around 10am the next morning. They were high quality and came with all the bits we needed to attach posters to lampposts etc.
Thankfully, as Ralph was an indoor cat, he hadn't strayed far and we actually found him safe and sound due to our neighbours spotting him on their doorbell footage, only a few hours after distributing our posters and leaflets from Animal Search UK, but it was such a comfort to know that we had done everything we could. We couldn't have sat by and waited/done nothing whilst we were so worried, so going around posting the leaflets gave us something to do and also kept us out in the local neighbourhood whilst we kept an eye out for him.
On this occasion it turned out to be word of mouth/social media that helped get our boy back, but it was so comforting to have a compassionate, tactful team looking out for us whilst we were searching. Highly professional and even provided guidance on how to claim through insurance for the costs of his advertising campaign. Thank you - would use again (although hopefully we never have to!!).

Manipulating company
Very manipulating company which is clearly trained to in a way to take tactically take peoples money during desperate and emotional times. They claim it takes time to make the posters they charge hundreds to nearly 1000 pounds when it is very simply a colourful poster which is a basic template which they copy and paste for each pet. Nothing is crazy special or personalised about it, the only personalised thing is your address, details and pets picture which is standard. It’s very easy to replicate the posters and do for much cheaper. If your using the company id only advise using their free service and if they call demanding money do not answer. It is a trap they have when you use there so called free service which obviously will attract many people because they use your details you put in to use that free service to call you and manipulate you to pay them hundreds of pounds. They use things like people’s insurances to gain money so be careful what you put in their website as they ask you certain questions to get information from you so they can call you and rob you. Don’t fall for it. Don’t answer their calls and if they call hang up if you don’t want to be robbed. They don’t care about your pets just your money so please be very cautious.

All they care about it gaining money…
All they care about it gaining money from people they don’t genuinely care about finding pets at all. It’s a scam where they ring you at times of vulnerability to gain money charging hundreds for printed photos. They don’t like to give you the full information including costs or what is included. What they include is not worth the money at all you are better of printing pictures in the library and saving hundreds of pounds please don’t fall for it or use their service it should be taken down. Complete rip of waste of money I do not recommend or will ever use again.
