Urgently need to contact
Update in response to reply-You have not responded, despite the 6 unanswered emails. I was unable to edit my post and was forced to close it and repay. You absolutely do not offer 24/7 support. I am hugely disappointed with your response. Your service of paying for ads is good but the lack of service is really bad and people should be aware of this when they use the service.
Update-They still haven't got back to me. I ended up paying twice, so will have to raise a visa dispute with my bank.
I like this company, but I desperatly need to update the listing and can't get through to anyone! Its only been a few hours, but its urgent, so thought i would try on here

We do respond to every single request and we offer support 24/7, so no message is ever ignored. Sometimes there can be a short delay of a few hours, but we absolutely never leave pet parents without help.

You Have to Pay for the Service
I didn't really know I had to pay for the service but considering the resources its understandable, however it does get really expensive if you want to expand the reach for your cause. It was about $40 for a 1 mile radius. They do give you flyer templates and a sponsored post on social media. What I didnt like about the resources was that my FB sponsored post wasnt editable and I had made some typos that I wanted to correct. I was able to correct my pet's profile description but I found that it didnt update the flyer or the FB Post.
My cat thankfully was able to just stroll back inside through our garage as I left it a bit open with his food bowl in there. He realised that the rainy and cold outside world was definitely not for him. Another tip a vet friend had told me before was to leave his litter box at the front door so he could find the house, it was a great tip and I believe it actually worked for me.

Thank you also for your thoughtful and honest review. You're absolutely right, while many of our tools are free, the social media ads do come with a cost because they run as actual paid campaigns through Meta. We’re always working to keep things as accessible as possible 🙏
Regarding the edits, once an ad is submitted, Meta requires it to go through a review process before it can go live. After it's approved, it becomes a bit harder to make changes (definitely trickier than updating the poster). That said, we're always here to help and try to accommodate every pet parent’s needs as best we can. If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to find a fix.
Feedback like yours is what helps us grow and improve for every pet parent who comes to us in a moment of panic or fear. So truly, thank you again for taking the time. Wishing you and your little explorer all the calm, warmth, and cuddles now that he's back home!

it will mean the world to me if you let 2 km social media post free. BUT if you cant do that then can you do 1km or even 0.5 km. I'm not forcing you but still, mango would've returned if people saw on social media. thank you for your help. It would honestly be amazing if we could offer social media advertisements for free... The challenge is that these are actual paid ads through Meta, not posts, and as a small team of animal lovers we unfortunately cannot pay for each and every campaign ourselves. With so many pets needing help around the world, it’s just not financially possible for us to cover those ad costs 😞

PetRadar is a Fraud
Fraud. Do not pay money to this site. We've paid twice, got the payment receipts, no further communication, and no reason to believe our post was published on any site. We are on all facebook, instagram, websites, petcolovelost, county animal control, and other, sites watching for our baby to come home, and zero have any posts coming from petradar. The email they have on their website bounced back as nonexistent.
