A very efficient handling process and a very quick response and payment when chose to make a claim

Dont even think about using argos pet insurance after my dog passed away they refused to pay towards crematorium as stated in policy... quoting small print.. I paid over £10k in premiums and was denied £200.. disgusting

Really fairly priced. I had to change the date on the policy as I got my puppy early and it was no issue at all. Really quick to sort.

Fantastic experience with Argos Pet Insurance. We recently got our rescue pup and unfortunately a few weeks later she got an abscess on her tooth. Following her treatment our vet submitted all the necessary paperwork to submit the claim which was dealt with swiftly. The Argos portal is very easy to use and I was kept up to date throughout the claim. Would highly recommend to others.

Easy to set up payment and a good price

It’s such a hassle free insurance. I didn’t think that was possible, but it is. I’ve had to claim numerous times now and they don’t quibble, the vets deal directly with them and it’s all so smooth. Sticking with them as my pet insurance provider. Thank you Argos!

Made a claim through my vets. It was easy to fill the form in and the vet did the rest. The vet was paid very quickly and I was kept up to date in the processing of the claim via emails. All very efficient, swift and painless for me.

Recently made my first claim. Online claims form was simple and quick to fill out. Received updates about where they were in the process and received the money within 4 days of making the claim. No issues at all. Would recommend.

The online application was so straight forward and easy to complete with questions that were legible and understandable. Excellent cover and very competitive rates.

I’ve been with Argos for 4 years, during the first year I needed to claim for cruciate on left leg, at renewal they hiked premium, I expected an increase, followed year renewal almost doubled but because it’s classed as existing condition had no choice but to pay, renewal this year £180 per month, called to decline as unable to afford £180,I received notification policy is cancelled, two days later they’ve taken £180 out of my account and advised me unable to cancel? Can’t afford £180 per month but took it anyway
