Poor quality products/No support response

I wouldn't recommend buying from Arichbox. Their products are not quite as advertised and differ from the photos shown. When opening support tickets for assistance they don't ever respond and simply ignore additional requests.

Will be opening a dispute with my card provider as it seems to be the only way to resolve the issue I'm experiencing.

They advertise on Instagram with a video of a similar product that you actually buy. The purchased product is very inferior to the advertisement.

THIS IS ILLEGAL.

Wonder what the FTC would think? I guess I will find out.

Shocking experience buying “suction cup” metal hooks only to find that the one’s delivered were screw-in. The initial customer service response was swift, however the advice was appalling. “We are sorry you weren’t happy with the product and can refund you 30% of what you paid. “ Given I have no use for a product I didn’t order, this was clearly an unacceptable solution. Subsequent emails saying so have gone unanswered now for over two weeks. A total waste of money. I would not recommend this site to anyone (btw the screw in hooks were actually quite good if you wanted screw ins).

Ordered hooks that "stick to any smooth surface" as sold on their website. 6 weeks later I received hooks with screws to go into the wall. I've written the company 4 times with no reply.

Ordered over a month ago. Nothing. No shipment just the first email that they would contact me when my order is shipped. No contact back from customer service. Total scam.

This place is scam. Placed an order two weeks ago, still no shipping notification and have reached out three times to customer support with no response (they state you should receive a response within one business day). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Same as the previous review. The "suction" was non-existent. Had to screw into the wall. Product not as advertised. Also took months between order and delivery. The shipping number was not a trackable number for any known shipping company. Customer service is non responsive.

Would give negative stars if possible - this is a SCAM company. I order "suction cup hooks" - that had no suction and need to be drilled into the wall. Assuming that they sent me the wrong product, I emailed multiple times. When I finally got a response (which seemed AI -generated) they suggested that I keep the product b/c there was a 30% fee to return the items. I asked for the return information anyway and never received a response.

I placed an order on 28-January-2024 and as of 4-March-2024, have not received my order. I’ve tried reaching out to them numerous times and have gotten no response. This is a scam site.

I placed and received my order. What I got was not what I ordered. So, I emailed the company (four times at last count) and have not heard anything back. I realize that mistakes happen, and am quick to forgive when I am acknowledged and the problem is rectified by the retailer. In this case, it's been radio silence, although they say they reply to emails within one business day. This is clearly not the case. Be very careful sending this company your money. They ignore you once you have paid them.

This site is a SCAM. Do NOT waste your money buying items that you will never receive.

SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...I ordered a bedside table dresser in November.... 10 day delivery ha ha joke... checked order but found that it still hasn't been shipped.. I have tried to contact company on numerous occasions and on numerous numbers but nothing back from anyone... I honestly don't know where to go with this now only to warn people to stay well away from these scammers....
