I like it alot, it fits my hand very well, i recommend it to everyone who has kitchen scissors.

This was super easy to get on and so far has worked! First one had a crack within a week of purchase, but was replaced at no cost (other than shipping).

I received the item that I ordered but did not receive instructions on how to assemble it. I have sent at least 5 emails to the company with my order number and never have received any response. I am very frustrated and not sure what do do next.

SCAM ALERT: The shirts I ordered arrived but they were the wrong size. I wrote to ask for return and exchange for the correct size. They ignored me until I got PayPal involved. Then Arichbox told me I should just keep the shirts since the shipping to return and receive replacements would be expensive and would be my responsibility to pay. They offered me a 50% refund. I refused and they came back with a 70% refund which I have yet to receive. I have reported them to PAYPAL and Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a drill driven metal shear from them. After 2 weeks they sent me an un-usable tracking number. I tried to cancel my order and was told it had already shipped. I did finally receive a partial product in a battered box. It's really not worth the effort to send back the product. I'll just figure it's a lesson learned.

Promised delivery before Christmas didn’t arrive until end of January. Butterfly’s advertised as stain glass but were painted metal ,arm band made from flimsy material. Will not buy from this place again

Totally got ripped off by this site. My product never came, customer service doesn't reply back, they did not refund my money. This site is a scam and will screw you over.

Ordered stained glass butterflies for a Christmas gift. What I got arrived after Christmas and was nothing like what I ordered. Instead of stained glass I got painted metal with plastic beads glued on. Contacted the company with my dissatisfaction. Got an quick email reply showing my item was delivered- nothing about not getting what I ordered. I have emailed them 3 times about a refund and sent pictures but have not had a reply. Would definitely not order from them again.

Ordered 4 towels Dec, 15, 2022 and received email with tracking number stating shipped. but it shipper shows shipment never received. Sent 4 emails about when to receive and tracking info. No response from any requests. They also have no phone contact and only a chat availability. In order to use the chat, you need to enter credit card info and you will be charged. My advise is, do not order from them.

I ordered 2 hair drying towels a couple of months ago, but have never received them, altho I have been asked to review the products!!! These were to be Christmas gifts. Very disappointed!!! Order RICH-63009
