Great communication with vender. They called several times trying to inform that product ordered was not in stock and the expected restocking and delivery times. We called back several times, but, never connected. We were not in a rush for the ordered items so we did not try again until a week later. We finally got connected and the vender was so happy and apologetic, and gave us our order status,

I thought I was getting 7 strand acculon. I wrote an email to the company but didn't get any reply. Service was good. It's my fault that I didn't get what I need.

I ordered a couple of strings of 1 bead size, and 1 string in an offsetting bead shape all intended for I believe I will be able to get 4 anklets out of them all. When David from The Arizona Bead Company saw that the 2 strings that he had left were from 2 different manufacturers, 1) he called me & left a voice mail to let me know and 2) also wrote a note inside the package stating if I was not completely happy I could return at no cost to me.
I am extremely happy with my purchase though and will be keeping and using both strings for different anklets (very slightly different sizes, but I probably never would have even noticed if he hadn't brought it to my attention they are that close:).
They are very nice and smooth, shiny and beautiful beads, all 3 strands!!! And I splurged on 2 tiny little (same size as other beads I bought) mood beads just to see if I liked or not, and they are adorable! And will be a cute little addition 1 for each on a couple of anklets to hide my newby knots :)

I would highly recommend working with David for all you bead needs!! GREAT customer service and fabulous products!
