This company is the quickest and cheapest option for any of your traffic violation needs. It was a breeze getting this all resolved. I appreciated Eric's speedy response to get my coursework started.

The class was excellent, and a great way to take the course.

Online class went way past 4 hours. No where close. I was on the buttons and clicking to the next one almost immediately. Each slide keeps you in it for 1.75 minutes, some more, a lot of the videos said I don’t have access to view them. One slide made me stay on it for 12+ minutes on the time and it was only a 2 minute video. It took almost 6 hours to complete, and that is still giving them credit…They have multiple tests throughout and then at the end you have to take a final test. Go in person, will save yourself a headache from watching the screen so long.

Convenient and easy to use. Saves progress as you go with easy to follow instructions.

I just completed the defensive driving and it was very helpful and convenient way to do it online.

None of the videos worked - they were all from a private channel. The pacing of the information was odd, with some pages containing just a couple sentences, and others containing paragraphs all to be read in the same amount of time. I found the identity verification questions after each and every section to be irritating - unsure if this is AZ law for these sorts of courses or not.
Very wordy, not enough visuals.

I appreciated that it wasn’t very difficult, so that’s a plus. But a little more effort could make this slightly less painful.

Easy to use program and nice that the certificate gets send right to the court. Tess Mendoza was super helpful, patient and informative on the phone.

The navigation buttons at the bottom of the page and the timer covered the text sometimes and could not scroll around it, besides that, all was good. The website worked, the information was a bit outdated but still relevant, the support was competent and prompt.

Helpful, you will learned a lot about defensive driving.
