I brought a quality Tiguan from them drives awesome have not had any issues. They handled me with care when i went to purchase the car.

Give it all the charm on arrival, traded in my very well looked after car to be buying a shoddy one in exchange. Lied about it being fully serviced recently, air con didn’t work, stop start didn’t work from the get go. Major faults picked up by 3 other garages and ARJ refused to acknowledge them. Has cost me significant costs for repairs which I’m now trying to claim back through court. They ignore all emails or correspondence after. My advice is always go through trading standards for legal rights. Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Absolute cowboys, bought a jag from this lot, promised to extend the warranty after sale, but ended up avoiding my phone calls and emails to renew. engine light came on within first week and they had it back to "fix" came back done a good 1000 miles then it came on again,
long story short, I took it to a specialist, they found multiple sensors Drilled out! DPF was on its last legs and turbo was leaking.

buy from these if you like money pits.

Bought a jaguar less then a year ago took it for a car wash and paint as come off we asked the salesman if car had been resprayed and he no it's the light on car . After this as happened we took it to jaguar and they said it had been resprayed badly and also got another 2 spray shops to look at it and they said the same thing we already had to put a full set of new tyres on car as the ones they had on it was round the wrong way and all odd been waiting for a call back from garage but no response yet the under cover on car is moss green looks like cars been made up from other cars my husband worked for vosa for many years and cannot believe after we asked all the questions we where lied to this matter will be taken further

Just purchased Audi A3 from this amazing dealership. Great customer service and quality of cars is 10/10. ARJ motors offers good warranty which covers 99% of the car. Would recommend this dealership to everyone.

ARJ Motors have been brilliant from start to finish. Especially Ehsan. I bought a low mileage BMW 430d convertible from them and first off, their price was extremely competitive. The buying experience was seamless and I never felt under any pressure, which can sometimes be the case when you buy a car. I bought a 3 year warranty with the car, which when you compare to other providers is very very good value. Ehsan even fixed a small niggle without any hesitation. He didn’t have to. The car came with a fresh MOT and service too. All in all, I’d thoroughly recommend ARJ to anyone and could definitely see myself buying another car from them. 6 stars all round!

Awful place, very unreliable and caused an awful amount of stress. I purchased a car from them and the constantly kept changing the day I could pick up the car to the point where they turn around and told me to go look for another car due to a sensor fault which caused it to show on the dashboard just a few hours after getting an MOT. Awful place don’t waste your time

Let me start by saying, the issue was resolved to our satisfaction and all money paid was returned/ refunded.

Top Tip: If you buy from ARJ Motors, have the car independently checked by a mechanic. When you collect the car, take it to get independently MOT'd (do not trust the recent MOT), then you could return within 30days if car fails.

My daughter purchased an Audi A3 from this garage in April 23, and within 1 day of driving the coolant light appeared. She replaced the coolant and within hours this went again. She had the car independently checked and was informed that the DPF had been cut and soldered back together. Due to the issues she was unable to drive the car and lost complete faith in the car. She informed ARJ Motors who said bring the car back so they could resolve the issue. As the coolant was leaking she asked them to collect, and although they said they would collect on 19th May her impression was that they wouldn't arrive given the challenges of getting hold of them and that they seemed to be stalling her! (You have 30 day Consumer Rights protection to return the car for any reason). As such she arranged her own transport by a mechanic friend and delivered the car in person on 18th May. Although we turned up unexpectedly the ARJ mechanic was friendly and contacted the owner. After some rather heated demands discussions, supported by the recovery driver, ARJ Motors did eventually return all the money before we left the ARJ Motors.

Ultimately, getting her money back was the reason for the extra star, had they been more difficult than only one would have been appropriate. Personally I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from ARJ, but if you do then I highly recommend you spend a little more to have your car checked and book for an independent MOT for peace of mind.

My daughter has since gone to a main dealer and through PCP purchased a 2022 Audi A3... if you can stretch your budget, I recommend doing the same!

Incredible rude sales man! Sold us faulty car that said was covered by warranty! Then refused to fix the car the avoided all our calls!

Avoid the company and ignore the paid for positive reviews!

My Daughter bought a car from here , as soon as she reported the issues with the car they became very rude and dismissive, so much so that I had to ring them myself they said the car had been sold as spares or repair and refused to discuss it further .
After speaking to trading standards and getting the car MOT tested ( it failed ) they eventually agreed to a full refund , a really unpleasant experience very rude unprofessional staff .

Disgraceful, rude and unprofessional. Sold my friend a car which was completely unroadworthy and failed an MOT the next day, they refused to give a refund and only eventually gave the money back after being very abusive, the staff were threatening and lied about the condition of the car. Absolutely awful. Definitely would NOT recommend.
