Received wrong item

I ordered 2 tshirts from ark and received one (correct) tshirt, but also received a pair of shorts with the tag of the tshirt I ordered. A bit concerned who can't tell the difference between a tshirt and shorts

Not bad could be better

Annoyed that I wasn't given a returns label for taking to post office as well I normally like to return to the post office as the last time I took to collect plus it was delayed returning. I didn't want to pay to return

Item arrived with security tag

Item arrived with security tag so could not be given as intended as a gift. I emailed customer service team, who told me to take the item to the nearest Ark/Millet/Jd store to get the tag removed- for me this would require a 2 hour round trip. The whole point in online shopping is that it is more convenient than going in store. Let alone the fact this would have cost me money in petrol and parking. I emailed back making it clear that this was an issue and would cost me money and would mean I missed the friends birthday. I had no further reply. Really disappointing, and puts me off shopping online with Ark in the future.

My new go to shop

I found an Ark shop in York where I bought a dress and poloneck top, very good value for money, I went on the website a few days later and ordered several other items, I sent 3 items back and kept 1, I only sent 3 back because I wasn't crazy scout them but the dress I kept I love! I did have to pay to send the items back but the refund was swift and they informed me when they received my returned items, I have ordered again as they had a 30% off deal and again I am pleased with what I have bought, I will deffo be using this website and visit the shop again :)

review of recent the ark online purchase

the shipping options had clearly stated that next day delivery would be available but then they failed to deliver it at the time given due to the fact that they suddenly made that option unavailable. Also their customer services team are very incompetent in a sense that they will even give you a number that is no longer in service and use Twitter as a means of communication where their replies will take a very long time. they also tend to mess up your delivery address and your billing address when emailing you which will cause a lot of distress to many customers.

Return

I returned a item to ARK a couple of weeks ago. i emailed to check the status of my refund and was told it was not with them on the 29th November. The return was sent recorded delivery with collect plus who they sent it to me with and they received it on the 20th November by ARK. I emailed them back with the tacking number and have not gotten a reply, i tried to email them a further 3 times which have since been ignored. Very poor customer service!

Items still not here

I purchased some items over 10 days ago and they still have not arrived. Some of the items were a birthday gift and now there birthday has been and gone.

Excellent product, but somewhat dissatisfying delivery

An absolutely lovely coat as described however not impressed that my order been hanging around the collection store for a week due to not being notified it had arrived. I had to investigate for myself why the coat hadn't arrived after ordering a week ago, to finding out my order had been sitting in the collection store without advising me.
