I would like to thanks ARM CMCS for handling my case.
I initially approached Mr Reza and gave details regarding my case, he was very helpful , friendly and also he gave me very good professional advice without any rush.
I decided to go with them despite I had already received advice from other firms. From beginning of opening matter until the case was finalised, it took few weeks and Mr Reza was constantly updating me regarding the same .
I am very happy about their service and recommend them to everyone.

Found I have a CCJ on my record from a parking fine when I received a letter from the bailiffs who told me there was nothing I could do to appeal, even though the parking company had been sending letters to an address I did not live at.
Then I found Ark! Reza was so helpful and drafted everything up for me and successfully got the parking company to sign a consent order to remove my CCJ.
Can’t thank you enough for all your help.

Found out about a CCJ when I received the letter from the court Judgment for Claimant (in default) never heard about this alleged debt before then. I was so worried what to do, it was such a relief when I enquired with ARK they phone me back really quickly and explained very clearly all the options. The documents are know filed to court to set aside, hopefully it will be sorted soon! I can't thank you enough!

This company where really helpful all the way to get my ccj taken off the system , because I have moved and went thorough a divorce at the time never received the mail , but happy day my credit score should go back to were it should be

Shocked, as after calling numerous companies to help with an N244 form the gentleman who answered the call helped! He helped me complete the form and was absolutely lovely to deal with, as it wasn’t a normal CCJ he advised he couldn’t actually take the case on but HELPED me, everyone else has said ‘can’t help bye’ but no, he advised they can’t take the case on but happy to advise me. Amazing, so happy and relieved m, a weight has been taken off my shoulders and I as expecting to be fobbed off again but totally the opposite. Thank you

I was treated with utmost patience even though my CCJ case was dragged with the court losing files etc, but even after payment, and months after up to when my CCJ was taken off, they were always responsive and extra helpful in regards to helping and giving extra advice

I received a phone call within 15 minutes of putting an enquiry on their website. He was so helpful and was so good at explaining the procedures. I didn’t end up using their services as I managed to sort it myself but I would have used them otherwise. They seemed very professional and not pushy.

They have been absolutely fantastic in having my CCJ removed, there was a few hiccups along the way and ARK stood by there word an continued to push in and have the CCJ removed. Very fast in responding to myself and dealing with the court, I was always able to make contact with them and always received a fast response to support me throughout the process.
