Just so as potential buyers are aware. There is a company online called “Arkenoptics.UK” which is a Chinese based company, this company should not be confused with the U.K. based company-“Arkenoptics.co.uk”.
“Arkenoptics.UK”, the Chinese based company has exceptionally poor customer service and will ignore any requests for a refund for faulty items even though it states that it has a “30 day no question 100% refund policy”. Do not purchase from this company.
“Arkenoptics.co.uk” is a U.K. based company operated by “Optics Warehouse U.K., even though the end product is the same the customer experience with this company is excellent, I would recommend them. Please be careful, so you do not waste your money with the Chinese based company.

Simply NOT good enough Arken !.
I'd give a lower score if i could.
I ordered an Arken Zulus ZHD520R a week ago expecting delivery within 7 days. Nothing !.
I e mailed Arken only to be told that stock had run low in the UK warehouse, not out, but low, and they would be in touch when they had more stock.
Now if there was a lack of stock, I would have expected the company to inform waiting customers of the possible delays ?. But no. I had to contact THEM to see where my scope, that I had paid for i n full beforehand was ?.
Simply NOT goodenough Arken.
