Great customer service
After a rocky start when the part was delivered (straight from manufacturer stock) damaged, the customer services team managed to source another hard to find radiator for me.

The most bizarre experience. Never again.
Quite possibly the most bizarre company I have ever dealt with. My initial experience was incredible, they called to let me know they thought I had ordered the wrong part and pointed me in the direction of the correct one.
On realising this was also the incorrect part, I was replied to once via email, to then continually be ignored. I sent 4 or 5 emails asking to discuss and was ignored over and over again. I would never deal with this business again, they also don’t have a contact number and it cost me £8 to return the product that they had incorrectly made me purchase.
At least they refunded me quickly once returned!
