Do NOT get sucked in by their Instagram Account!!!! Horrible quality and costumer service!! My bathers top came with the stitching all fraying and the clip at the back comes undone just by breathing and I'm not a big busted girl!
Avoid!! Not worth it.

The worst and most rude/unresponsive customer service I’ve ever come across. I sent my bikini back as it was too small (never tried it on) and they told me it was rejected due to it being damaged. After then not replying after 4 weeks, I opened a dispute with my bank and then they replied rudely sending me a picture of a bikini top that clearly had been edited to look damaged. Do not support this company they are awful.

Like most reviews on here! Disgusting, fraudulent, misleading..I was not giving up until I got my money back, this company needs to be shut down! You'll notice they have no proper social media outlets, you can't write a review or post on their page, no google review! Very clever of them, I'm so happy PayPal got my money back, 1 star is overkill, there is so much more I could say about this company & the Owner Alex & her disgusting behaviour telling me to except I need change sizes to fit into their swimwear especially when I've always been a 10 for all swimwear & brands, shocking behaviour! I gave my measures & they couldn't even guide me on what to swap it with! THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN BRAND! I live in Sydney (northern beaches) which is where their company is located, might pop past & see if they actually reside at that address, probably just a cover! I hope they read this review & I will try & post this everywhere I can. You should be ashamed Arkswimwear & I hope you are shut down ASAP

DO NOT BUY. Ark Swimwear is scamming people. This year summer 2024 they haven't shipped my order for MONTHS. I email their support, comment on instagram posts, they do not reply to anything!! They're hiding my Instagram comments because my friend said she can't see any of them. I just want to know why my order hasn't been shipped or at least get a refund. As soon as I disputed with my bank, they emailed me saying they'll ship it soon, but weeks went by and still nothing. I bet they only replied because my bank emailed them. No explanation, no apology, said they tried emailing back with a weird screenshot but they didn't. They're posting ads on social media DAILY but ignoring customers and not shipping orders for months. Terrible customer service and a fraudulent company. Do not give them your money because you will not get your order or a response. I bet they went bankrupt or something and are still accepting orders to make money but not actually sending them out. This is happening to me and tons of other girls who purchased from Ark this year right now. None of us can get ahold of them.

An Ark Swimwear bikini I have owned for under a year turned bright yellow the first time I wore it in a hot tub. I had a separate issue with a different Ark Swimwear (snake skin) bikini previously - it arrived damaged. When I emailed customer support with the more recent complaint (bikini changing color) this is the reply I received:
"Hi,

I have read up on your previous cases with us.

You clearly cut the Snake Triangle. In regards to your latest email, our swimwear does not behave in the way that you are claiming in hot tubs.

If you push back in any way, we will report you. I can't imagine we're the only business you're doing this to.

The audacity of them to make such accusations rather than address and try to resolve the problem is highly unprofessional and embarrassing on their part. Don't buy from here, their products are disappointing and their customer service is even worse.

I purchased over $500 worth of swimwear and returned a few per their archaic instructions. The returns were made in August and I am yet to receive a credit note. They don't have a number to call and they don't respond to emails. I would suggest this company is having cashflow issues and it wouldn't surprise me if we hear about them going broke along with so many Aussie companies at the moment and holding onto our money. Super dodgy. Avoid at all costs. My guess is that they are trading insolvently.

I loved the simple designs and it was exactly what I was looking for. I pondered over sizing and styles for months until finally deciding go make a big order to fill up my bikini bucket. That was a poor move. Everything was tight and tiny… even thought it was my size. I tried exchanging for different size and styles and was the same thing. Now I have a whole bunch of bikinis that I can’t wear because I need worry about something popping out (both ends) and no returns 🫠
Obviously my fault but if i could try on in a store… I never would have bought because they are very unflattering on me. It’s not anyone’s fault- but why not just allow for returns instead of making everyone unhappy ?

No customer service. Needed to return due to incredibly small sizes (bathing suit does not even fit my 7 year old daughter). Emails are ignored by customer service. Disputing charges with my bank.

As others have said, this is not a good company. I returned a swimsuit and was told I would receive a credit to use for my exchange but I never received the credit and they are ignoring my emails. I am now disputing the charge with my bank to get my money bank. But still, I spent $66 to return the items from the U.S.

Awful, unethical, misleading company. Do not make the same mistake that I did and buy from them - you have been warned. Their products may as well have been Shein. I am a US size 2 (AU size 6), and bought a size M from them - which turns out to be smaller than children’s swimwear. The straps are not adjustable, fabric was cheap, colors are off. And worst of all, they do not offer refund - their way of doing business is borderline robbery. And they are based in Australia - which means if you buy from the US and want an exchange (they won’t refund you), you would have to pay for shipping to AUSTRALIA, which they won’t reimburse you. Their customer service is shameless and rude. I am beyond disgusted by this company and hope they go bankrupt ASAP.

All the reviews regarding customer service, quality and dishonesty are spot on. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my whole life. I purchased my usual size which ended up running small even after I followed the measurements on the website. I requested a direct exchange and I was charged both shipping to return my order and additional shipping for them to post out the new order I placed even though their website advertised FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. The issue was ongoing for months and the worst part was that the bikini began to damage after only 2 wears… overpriced and not worth it. There are so many other brands that provide similar styles for half the price and better quality and experience.

They won't post my review on their site so I'm posting here. This company is dishonest with their consumers re: sizing and reviews. I purchased a swimsuit from them last summer that did not fit, even though I ordered based on their size guidelines on their website. I am a 2-4/26-27 US in pants and XS to S in shirts, depending on cut. I ordered mediums in each of the top and bottom, which was sizing up. When neither fit (so small they were cutting in like crazy, I looked like a blob) customer service told me I could only do an exchange. They informed me their suits are meant to stretch by a few centimeters after a few wears and will conform to the body...um, ok? So based on that advice I exchanged the top for a large, even though that one was still too small when I got it, and I kept the medium bottoms to see if they would stretch. Given that it took so long to receive the new item, I missed wearing the suit last summer. Fast forward to now, and this suit has not stretched at all despite me tugging, bending, stretching and all the things in water and I've worn it 6-7 times. The quality is good I guess, but no better than other higher-quality suits so it's absolutely not worth the sham refund policy, the bad advice from customer service, the fact that they are dishonest about reviews on their website, or the seriously wrong size chart they have posted. These suits are for one body type only, and that's rail thin-no body fat at all.

Incredibly bad. Customer service is zero, I had an ongoing issue w them for months regarding an order that just didn’t fit me sizewise, needed to send it back for exchange, even had to get PayPal involved and still took me months to receive replacement by the time I actually came back from the holiday I needed it. Turns out their size M (in real world it’s about size xs!) is very similar if not the same as their L bra. I am normally a medium, have barely any boobs and it literally cutting in and extremely uncomfortable. I weigh 52 kg and 165 cm tall.

Extremely poor customer service who respond to one email a week. have been trying to get a returns sorted after there was the tiniest bit of deodorant following trying it on. They want to take $20 and put the remaining money into store credit. This means I'll have to pay an additional $20 to purchase a new pair. So they've made $40 extra from me wanting to return one item. What a joke.
After opening a dispute with PayPal it was closed in their favour as Ark stated they had issued a refund, WHICH THEY DID NOT. Paypal ended up returning my money after I informed them of this lie.

This company sent me the wrong item (ordered a bottom in a M, and I received a top in an XL). It has been absolute hell trying to get in touch with customer service to adjust it. The quality of the items are there, but I have never dealt with a company that has BLATANTLY sent you the wrong item and then not worked expeditiously to rectify it. At a premium price tag ($70 per item) this is aggregious.

Their sizing is super off as it is not consistent throughout their items. Although I’m XS I bought S one piece which fits like xxxs. Since the day I received the item, I have been trying to get to the customer service but no one responds to the emails. I even commented on their Ig posts several times but no one ever get back to me. Even though, their website says returns are “Easy” that’s not the case. They do not provide return label, shipping form the US very expensive and i don’t even know how I’m supposed to choose the next item I want once they receive the item I return. Because they clearly state on their website that you are responsible from tracking the item whether they received and they never send you an email. Then how I’m supposed to pick the item I want instead?! Please do not order from this place. They are not cheap for you to go through all the stress of not being able to return items.

Their customer service is disgusting!! My package arrived to South Africa via DHL and ArkSwimwear priced the item on the commercial customs invoice in US Dollars instead of Australian Dollars. I contacted Arkswimwear via their customer support email address 8 times and received 2 automated responses that they would contact me. They never have!! I’ve ended up paying literally more than double in customs duties alone, than the actual cost of the bikini.
The sizing is ridiculous as well, size up on the bottoms and 2 sizes up on the tops.
Very over priced and NEVER again!!
