Good customer service!
The team at Arktastic always take care of my order, its always wrapped neatly and I love the little gift I get with purchase. They have a quick dispatch time and if anything is wrong are quick to correct their mistakes! I have been using them for my korean skin care and have had no issues with them :)

I ordered a Medicube device and immediately emailed them when the wording on the box was missing one tiny word which made me wonder if I received the wrong version.
They responded so quickly and gave me a clear and comprehensive explanation and assured me I could received a full refund if I wasn't happy or found some features to be missing.
I researched a bit more and they were 100% correct and so kind and gracious about what was my paranoid error.
I highly recommend them.
My order arrived very quickly and I was generously provided with additional samples.
