Delivery and lack of communication
I ordered medicube product over this website on 1/9 and was advised that the delivery will take place within few days but until now, I haven't received a confirmation email for dispatch and haven't received any communication from the company. I'd appreciate urgent reply from the company.

I haven’t received a confirmation email since the day of my order. Delivery time changed from 2-3 days to 5-7 days due to covid delays which is ultimately a lie.i haven’t gotten a response from my the company. I’m therefore take this issue to social media so others are not a victim to this scam website.

Buyer beware not legitimate business
No confirmation email was provided to say my items were sent, no reply to email asking where it is. I wish I saw the other reviews saying this company doesn't send items to customers and ghosts them. Buyer beware as you may not get your items.

Scammer / poor customer service
I purchased an order from this website and still haven’t received my order . It’s been 10 days now. Tried to contact them through their contact number and it was fake. And through their e- mail too , but no respond yet.
