I have recently had my boiler serviced by Arlow Plumbing and Heating. They were very friendly and helpful, the engineer was extremely good-natured and did an amazing job. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

Arlow and team did a fantastic job with my bathroom. I put my trust in to Arlo and he did not disappoint at all. I had my whole bathroom done and it was all completed in 4 days! Such good, quick and efficient work, very professional, polite and lovely. I had never had bathroom work done and so was a little clueless but Arlo always made sure I understood what changes he was about to make. I was in shock and in love with the transformation and have gotten so many compliments. I also was very grateful and appreciative that there was no mess left, all floors were taped up securely and Arlo made sure his surroundings were spotless when he left. i found that the team were very easy to contact and any concerns or questions were always resolved quickly. I’m really really happy I went with Arlow and would recommend to all, will also be calling back.

More excellent work by Arlow Heating for me. This time old boiler replaced by a new more efficient model, Tom and his trainee arrived bang on 8 am and come early afternoon they had it completed. Tom is a dedicated craftsman to his work knows the product inside out and can explain its functions, His trainee Alex under Tom should progress to a very capable employee. Just had our boiler serviced for the 2nd year. From initial boiler and radiator fitting to services and excellent, efficient communication, we couldn’t be happier with the Arlow teams work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Great plumbing and heating company. After ten years of being in our new build home the gas boiler finally died. Contacted Arlow who came out and did what they could to fix. Excellent advice given by the service engineers at the time. Recommended a Bosch boiler with a Hive thermostat. All delivered and fitted within a week. The Arlow team have always been courteous and professional, always keep their appointment time and always make sure their work area is clean and tidy when they leave. More importantly, the service engineers don't bamboozle you with science - always explaining what and why they're doing work. I have now switched to their monthly payment scheme. This provides you with peace of mind for a relatively small monthly payment and a free boiler and hot water tank service every year. I would never go back to British Gas or use their services. Can't recommend Arlow highly enough.
