Very bad experience & Will not refund my money
I had a very poor experience with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
During a phone call, I wasnt made aware of the actual cost the girl said £7.50 to keep the domain name, Shockingly, she then used my previously saved card details to take a payment of £750 + VAT without my consent.
once I saw the amount that had been taken out of the bank account I immediately sent an email to stop the transaction and tell them it was not authorised!
The Girl called me back the next day I explained I was not happy , I didnt want the service and the card payment was taken without my authority Despite this, the representative repeatedly spoke over me and ignored my requests. We argued on the phone for 10–15 minutes, during which I continued to state that I did not agree to the service. The representative refused outright to issue a refund, stating that the calls are recorded and that there is no refund or cooling-off period—even in cases where the customer is unhappy.
The customer service was non-existent, and the attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. It was very clear that their priority is taking money, not delivering a quality service. The landing page is extremely basic—something that could have been put together by a child—and certainly not worth what was charged.
I will now be looking into ways to recover my money, as I did not authorise this payment.
Avoid at all costs.

I would like to clarify that I do not agree with your version of events.
At no point during the call was a charge of £750 + VAT clearly explained or agreed to. I was led to believe the cost was £7.50 to retain the domain, and I would never have authorised a payment of this size otherwise.
As soon as I became aware of the amount taken, I contacted you immediately to dispute the transaction and clearly stated that I did not consent to the service. Despite this, I was refused a refund.
It’s also important to highlight that I have made it very clear from the outset that I do not want this service and do not believe I ever agreed to it.
Given that I am clearly an unhappy customer disputing the charge, your continued refusal to issue a refund — while instead relying on your own internal interpretation of a recorded call — speaks for itself.
I believe most people reading this can draw their own conclusions from that.
I also want to address your comment regarding communication. I have requested that all correspondence is in writing so there is a clear and accurate record of what has been said, which I believe is entirely reasonable given the circumstances.
This matter is now being formally pursued as an unauthorised transaction, and I will continue to take the appropriate steps to recover the funds.
I remain open to resolving this matter in writing.
