I have just signed up to Armada…

I have just signed up to Armada Internet, I’m yet to know how the service is going to help me but I’ve had excellent customer service so far. I’ve just spoke to my personal manager called Melissa. She was helpful, friendly and polite. Now fingers crossed it helps grow my online presence.

Great Interaction with Rebecca

I was put through to Bex last week, and even though I didn't actually need her assistance with a specific issue, I wanted to leave a review because she was so wonderful to deal with. She was incredibly polite, easy to talk to, and had a great attitude. It’s rare to come across such positive service these days. Thanks, Bex!

If there was an option for zero stars…

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what they would be getting.
Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. Never received any interest in the “web page” they’ve designed. Not on any front page and threatened with ccjs if I didn’t pay ( which I told them straight away I didn’t want tho service) pressure sales and intimidation is what this company are about and I will never be speaking with them again.

The sales guy ( Ned )

The sales guy ( Ned ), I felt read ver professional from the get go which made me stay on the call and listen to what further he had to tell me and indeed to sign up to the first years service. I addition I have been contacted by Jason from customer service who has also been very helpful. This is still very early days but so far so good - Thank you..
