After getting an Arma Server to play with friends I had some troubles and the amazing support staff Helped me in every way they could and my problems were very easily fixed.

just joined and got stuck a lot devs installed my server and infistar always had a polite reply to my querrys would highly recommend them 1st class service

We run a small server with ArmAHosts and at first, was a little sketched out before purchase mainly due to the price compared to most hostings such as hosthavoc or what not. When we submitted a ticket to ask about some things, staff here was very helpful and friendly.

We purchased a 10 slot & Unlimited Memory (may increase in the future). Now 2 months in with armahosts, and each time, myself and my team are grateful we have such a amazing support from Justin and the hosting company itself.

Anyone who's looking for a hosting service thats fair priced and not preset amount of slots for Arma. I highly advise saving whatever to go with these guys here.

Really helpful and quick on the bat with responding to stuff! Amazing people and an amazing company.

I can second what others have said; absolutely stellar customer support, to the point of responding within 20 minutes to every ticket and question I have asked, even late at night during the week. I am very new to the hosting scene and they have made everything as simple as possible and have been there every step of the way to help me get things running as well as going out of their way to ensure we were able to get things sorted just right. I am confident they will help out if any issues arise.

Would absolutely recommend for anyone else that is new and looking for a host.

After having a few dedicated servers for Arma from the usual suppliers, it was time to change provider again for our unit. We got put in touch with ArmaHosts.com, they came to our teamspeak and actually spoke with us, we relayed what we required and they delivered more for both price and hardware.

Just wanted to say thank you very much for doing the additional help for us. Seeing what you guys did to change the configurations and talking with me over the past couple months allowed me to learn slowly.... and I apologize for not catching on that quickly... totally new to Arma and server hosting.

You guys enabled me to enjoy Arma with a group of friends that had never played it before on our own private server when I don't think we were going to be able to otherwise. Thanks a bunch!

really good response times once i was put in touch with a dev. i felt like i was texting a friend for help vs. a greedy company. they went above and beyond i defiantly suggest this host

By far the best client service and technical expertise I've had the pleasure of working with.

They have always been very quick to respond to any and all support questions. I have never needed support on the equipment, which tells you they partner with a good data center.

Severs go up really quick and are ready to go with no errors. And so far. We haven’t run into any crazy performance issues with our dedicated server.

This is for all newbies, if you have no clue about servers or dedicated servers, but know a little about playing Arma and want a server; this is your team!

1. Had a little trouble understanding the sign up or application. I clicked on the chat bubble and they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They did not try to sell me more than I needed to make extra money, nope. Why when I can upgrade later.
2. After accessing main page I submitted a ticket to get all my mods loaded, and I had a lot of mods, about 60 or more. These guys did it all, I didnt have to figure out FTP or anything., just waited for an email saying it was done.
3. Customer service, these guys have different avenues you can take to reach them, which I love. Trouble ticket, or chat, and if you are struggling or they notice you are struggling this team will reach out to you via teamspeak or other to walk you through it. That's awesome!

In short, if you are new and dont understand the creating your own server or going through a server provider...like these guys. Then, I highly recommend ArmaHosts. I was very pleased, very pleased.

These guys are way better the GameServers. Streamlined mod loader. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to help. They will chat with you until you fix the problem. Truly 8 out of 5 stars :)

If you're looking for a quality Arma or gaming server host, ArmaHosts is your place to go. Once in a blue moon things may not work, but their personable service team is quick to respond to your tickets and willing to help fix any issue you may have.

For a fair (if not cheaper than market) price, you'll get a quality server that can be customized by yourself to meet the needs of your group.

I have been with Armahosts a while now and I have never regretted that choice. I tried several other host before them and didnt stay more than 2 months,been over a year now with Armahosts. Dont have many problems,and if I do have a ticket it is answered and fixed promptly,AND more over and greatly appreciated is the emails stating any status of server,the upgrades going into a system and not being static to there comsumers,and the politeness and promptness of staff. 5 stars,would recommend to ANYONE.
