Incredible customer service from initial enquiry to receiving the bag! Product was in as new condition and as described on the website and video. Super helpful and fast when replying to any questions I had. Went above and beyond! Will certainly be purchasing from Armcandy Bag Co in the future!

I follow Armcandy on Instagram which is a great way to see what new stock they have in. When I saw a bag I liked, I watched the very informative YouTube video to check the condition. After purchase the bag arrived quickly, it was well packaged and in excellent condition as stated in the video. Thank you very much!

My second purchase with Armcandyco,dated 2003 and was described by Tamara as fair. All I can say is again, Armcandy have exceeded my expectations. The bag is stunning, it's probably one of the most beautiful things I own. A couple of scuffs as Tamara described but nothing major. I am now going to have it specialist cleaned and treated and made like new. Fabulous service. Armcandy are my go to place for preloved / vintage bags. As an aside I have also sold bags with them and that also was such a smooth process.

AVOID at all costs! Appalling company who sell items that are not available, take days to inform customers of this, then even longer to initiate refunds, all while offering insulting discount to experience the awful service again!
‘Customer Service’ emails leave a lot to be desired, that’s if you get a response.
Use high quality competent preloved sites like Parisian Sweet, and Blaise Ruby Loves…ArmBagCandyCo is the primark version of a designer reseller.

The fact it has taken this business nearly a year to send a response to my original review in October 2023 further highlights their poor customer care!

I got in touch with Armcandy about selling one of my Louis Vuitton bags. I received a quote within a couple of days which I accepted, posted my bag to the store and saw it online a day or two later. To my surprise my bag sold within a week and I received payment after a couple of weeks, as expected.

I haven't used the consignment route for selling before and i would not hesitate to use Tamara/Armcandy again in the future, if i can part with any more (unused) bags!

Fantastic customer service - I brought a bag for my wife who on receipt was not too keen on the colour and so I contacted them and they were so helpful and arranged a refund very quickly once the bag had been received back by them. Superb company to deal with - the bag was in great condition and better than described only the colour was not to the wife’s taste. Tamara was incredibly polite keeping us updated with super friendly emails - I would highly recommend this company!
