He was fantastic from the beginning, answering our never ending list of questions and providing great advice on how to get our credit scores and other paperwork ready for when it came to applying for our mortgage. When we were finally ready to apply, Alan was incredibly efficient and facilitated a very smooth process, even when we were hit by a massive down valuation from the bank. Fortunately we were able to continue with the purchase and have completed without any issues.
