Update - I repeat NEVER use this lot....they are great liars and the order went to a disability charity...not to me, I only go on Trustpilot when I get sent an e mail recommending I do one.
Maybe Armstrong Cheshire should stop being so incompetent that people have to do 1 star reviews????
Remember, if you order from this lot and it goes wrong, it's down to you - They won't care, just put up a snotty review and they'll answer within minutes lol

It is disappointing that for some customers, whatever we do is not acceptable. The goods were delivered late but a full refund was given, the goods were kept with the claim that they would be given to a local disabled charity.
One of the two previous reviews on the same subject was removed by Mr Coombs following a conversation. Then a day later a change of mood on his part and another negative review.
Of the 10 Trustpilot reviews posted by Mr Coombs, 9 are 1 star. Either a lot of bad luck with suppliers or perhaps someone's perspective on life is a negative one.
Our overall Trustpilot Score and positive reviews suggests we get it right more often than not, and when things go wrong, which in life they do, we do our very best to fix them.
We thank the thousands of customers who appreciate the efforts of the Armstrong Cheshire team, to keep them in jobs paying taxes and contributing to society.

Very disappointed that I ordered a top…
Very disappointed that I ordered a top up of pickets to complete a job and they were completely different standard to the first delivery. Different shape with square edges and not rounded at the top- in fact they look like the apprentice cut them on a Friday afternoon after 5 pints. To top it off they where mouldier than a block of Stilton cheese.

We were low on stock from our regular supplier so we sourced from elsewhere as a temporary measure. I agree 100% with the customer that the batch supplied wasn't good enough quality and have made appropriate recompense. We are very sorry. Lesson learned.

i ordered some 18mm 8 x 4 osb board, the delivery driver was so helpful, he asked me where i wanted him to leave the boards and he carried them to the spot i wanted them.
A few days later i had a call from Armstrong supplies asking if everything was ok, they asked if any of the boards had been damaged as they would replace them if they were. fantastic delivery and excellent customer service, if i need anything else building wise, i would use again in a heartbeat.

Ordered 2T of midnight blue slate chipping (2 pallets of 50 bags each)
Very nice product at a great price.
Contacted quickly after order to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Delivery was as arranged.
Customer service is excellent including follow up call to ensure everything went well. All in all I would highly recommend Armstrong Cheshire.

Due to a mistake in communication
( mostly my mistake) the first delivery of bulk aggregate went to an address I used to live at. After asking to have a replacement delivery to the correct address Armstrong Cheshire re-scheduled the delivery within 3 days and with fantastic customer relations. I cannot recommend this company enough.
