ARNE - Trafford Centre Reviews 

Thank you Femi. I had an issue with an item which needed exchanging. Femi was polite, calm, professional and very helpful. We had bought the item a couple of weeks ago and dod not have the receipt. Femi contacted his manager to sort it. In the meantime he said there was a location in Liverpool which is closer to our home we could have returned the item to. This was nice to know as we didn't know there was a shop in Liverpool. Great service.

Good quality items at a reasonable price.

Great service in store, generally shop online but Arne is a quality brand that delivers exceptional service.

Friendly and professional staff who made the buying process an absolute pleasure. The quality of the products is exceptional and the price points are really good. Overall, fantastic quality products at a sensible price sold by great people. No wonder the shop was so busy.

A clean and clear website provides a easy experience. I've had to return a few items due to size issues with teenage lads - returns couldn't have been easier.

I also like the fact you feel as if the brothers who own the business are still very involved. Its not a soulless interaction as big brands can often be.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback following recent purchases and in-store experiences with the Arne brand.

I have purchased two jackets and two pairs of shoes online, and I am absolutely delighted with the quality, fit, and overall look of all four items. The craftsmanship and styling are excellent, and the pieces have quickly become favourites in my wardrobe. Based on this experience, I will also be looking to purchase some chino-style trousers and T-shirts in due course.

I did, however, want to share some constructive feedback regarding the in-store experience, as I genuinely feel the brand deserves better representation.

At the pop-up store ( Trafford Centre), I was hoping to purchase the two pairs of shoes that I eventually bought online. Unfortunately, my size was not available in either of the styles I wanted. While I appreciate that stock availability can be limited, I was disappointed that no attempt was made by the staff member to assist further — for example, by offering to place the order online for me in-store. I was effectively left to walk away, and I very nearly ended up purchasing shoes from a different brand and retailer altogether.

My experience at the Arne concession in Selfridges ( Trafford Centre)was even more disappointing. I sat on the bench near the Arne shoe section for some time without any assistance, and my wife eventually had to approach the male staff member on my behalf. Unfortunately, he appeared very disinterested. When he went to check my size, rather than returning to us, he simply shouted from the stockroom doorway that there were no shoes available in my size. Overall, the service felt dismissive and unengaged.

I genuinely believe neither of these store experiences reflects the quality of the Arne brand or the products themselves. The clothing and footwear are excellent, and I feel the in-store service should match that standard.

Unfortunately I will still need to visit a store again to try on the trousers and T-shirts I am interested in, in order to ensure the correct fit. Once I have established my sizing, I fully expect to continue purchasing online going forward.

Ordered 2 jackets, great quality and rapid delivery time. Will definitely be ordering again :)

Fab staff, friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices for quality products. Would like to see a range of sizes. Only size M available on some lines. Products suitable for a wide range of ages. My children (16 and 18 yrs old) and myself and my husband (in our forties) all wear this brand. It’s going to go far!
