WARNING! Fraudulent scheme! Even though I had never visited their website or even heard of the brand, almost €100 was taken from my card through a fraud. After multiple contacts with customer support, the only thing they proposed was to give me credits to compensate for money that had been debited (obviously I refused because I didn't make any purchases, so I wanted my money back). After realizing that this scheme was recurring, after similar complaints here on trustpilot, I sent prints of other complaints similar to mine and threatened to file a police report. Then they decided they were going to make a refund, but they asked for credit card details. Obviously I wasn't going to give the data, as it would be used again to withdraw money. Instead I gave them the IBAN where they could transfer the money - then they said again that they couldn't make a refund and it would just have to be converted into credits! Do not trust or purchase anything from them!

Their products are genuine and the prices are accurate and affordable.

DO NOT use your CREDITCARD for this scam website, otherwise, you will be charged for high amounts without even knowing that!

ICS cards, the European Creditcard company, confirmed that this website is a scam. For buying a €2 item, you are hiddenly allowinng them to charge to for super expensive subscriptions and because you do not know until you are charged, even creditcard companies cannot bring back your money because for that, you are supposed to cancel your subscription before the charge, while you had no idea about the subscription until you see it in your creditcard statement!

Also, the chat support of this website has a unique repond to everything: "We will discuss your issue with our manager and will contact you in 24 hours". But you will never hear from them again!
