I like how he answered all my questions and stayed with me until the end. It was unfortunate that the issue I had wasn't able to be resolved, however I understand that it wasn't within his capabilities to do so. His replies were friendly and respectful. I also like it that he's straightforward and honest as well, that way we had a good conversation without wasting too much of each other's time.

I give 5 stars solely because of the support. Excellent service and politeness, they only talk about the matter and helped me incredibly. Personally I want to thank Alero who helped me solve my problem and helped me understand where my 2 euros went. You should appreciate Alero and reward him! Alero thank you!!!!!!!

I was told I had won a keyboard and all I had to do was pay for delivery. The company took 2 euros from my card and then sent me an email saying I had signed up to a regular commitment. I cancelled immediately and got confirmation of this yet they took 50 euros today. I have reported this to my bank as fraud
