Customer service roll model
The Arozzi customer service has been amazing. Truly incomparable to most customer service experiences. Fast reply time, fast resolution, fast shipment. I even got, what I would consider, an upgrade. the wheel base and mechanical parts of my Arozzi gaming chare are much more durable and seemingly longer lasting than what I initially purchased in store. Setting the industry standard. I applaud you Arozzi.

Best gaming desk and customer service around. I had an accident with my cable management and even lost a bolt. Described it one time to there customer service and had a new bolt kit/ cable management in a week. Absolutely amazing. Also the arena desk is absolutely fire the hidden wire cutouts to the giant mouse pad is absolutely everything a gaming pc sweat would need lol. 100000/10 thanks Arozzi you guys rock!!!!

Would totally recommend! Sometimes mistakes happen but the importance is when the customer’s concern is heard, validated and responded too!! Originally when ordering my husband’s desk it came with the wrong mat, reached out to customer service and they were able send out the correct mat in replacement of the incorrect one. Willing to order another desk soon again!

This was my second time visiting Arozzi’s store in person, and the customer service has been phenomenal both times from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to showcase all their products and deals. I came in undecided and left with Arozzi’s Vernazza Supersoft Gaming Chair, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m incredibly satisfied with both their products and their support, and I’ll definitely continue recommending Arozzi to friends, family, and anyone looking for high-quality gear, backed by exceptional service.
Top tier customer service!!
I contacted Arozzi, they got back to me within 2 hours. I needed a new wheelbase for my chair, they mailed it directly to me the next day. I’m not one to leave reviews, but it’s hard not to commend great customer service!

Excellent customer services
Arozzi USA's customer services is excellent. My chair's gas lift mechanism started malfunctioning. Their customer service supervisor, Cade made the replacement process so smooth. I really admire how my case was handled.
Shipped me the wrong item
Shipped me the wrong item. Then went out to ship me the right item but took forever for it to actually ship and get to me. Overall doesent seem like they have their operations optimized.

Overall helpful but a little argumentative and condescending. I did NOT receive instructions on assembly for my desk and went through a back and forth about how instructions are always provided(they weren’t) and also the video I followed for assembly of desk was not the best. I was told to reference website for instructions but had also had issues using website when it came to submitting photos of desk when I had assembly issues. My biggest problem is Arozzi board having the best product but my desk pieces arrived with misplaced holes, crooked screws, damage to a desk panel(right side) and scarring on metal frame work. I do appreciate them sending replacements but they may want to take a deep look into the manufacturing practices going on for their products.

Impressed with Customer Service
I’ve been super excited about buying the Vernazza chair for a while now. It was pretty impressive how quickly I got it.
Although I was a bit disappointed when I receive a part with a minor defect, I was immensely pleased when I reported the issue to the customer service team (Thank you, Cade) and they IMMEDIATELY sent me a replacement.
That was smooth and painless!

I've purchased two desks so far and recently bought a third one. When the desk arrived, the mouse pad had a permanent crease. I emailed the company about it, and within three hours, they shipped me a replacement. There was minimal back-and-forth, as they completed their due diligence efficiently. Having a product of such high quality, backed by amazing customer service like that, has made me a loyal buyer for life.
Great and prompt customer service!
On a Saturday evening, I upload my claim info to Arozzi. By 9am on Monday morning I had my response from Cade Morgan. My new wheelbase has been shipped and will be here this week. My 16yr old son is thrilled with the turnaround time and so am I. Cade responded to all my emails and questions promptly and was more than helpful!

The agent helping me (Cade Morgan) was such a big help and so patient despite the issues i had on my end. They gave me so many different options to choose from, and my issue was resolved! I will be receiving a new wheel base for my chair soon.
