This company is a massive Scam

This company is a massive Scam. It is A Walmart in elec. dist. industry. Employees are treated like garbage, Disgusting place. People of color are nowhere to be seen. If you do have a college degree and work at arrow you need to see a therapist. Your time and money were spent in vain. If you are retiring or working in retail as a cashier, packing bags in a grocery store, arrow is your next career step.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME trying to do business with this way too large for themselves corporation. These incompetent fools can't even answer the phone! After 6 calls and numerous phone bots, trying to place a simple order with then was like trying to get a freebie from a hooker! NOTHING BUT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

Would not recommend this business.

Would not recommend this business.
Arrow Electronics Americas seem to have a terrible arrogance about themselves in how they speak to and work with their "Partners" if thats what they call them.

Directors do not seem to care about their partners, do not attend meetings or urgent concerns or no initiative to involve others when there is issues.

Lack of communication, and if any no communication. Internal operations do not seem to know who is right to left within departments.

Simply the best since ages!

Simply the best since ages!
I have being placing my orders here since ages as a pro, and I always had excellent support. You do not always get the lowest prices and the highest availability, but I either had no problem or I got prime support.
I sell electronics myself and I honestly do not understand all such negative feedbacks.

Took my money, no order placed

The same exact thing happened to me as to Roni. They just took money from my card but didn't let me place the order, just shown a weird error message instead. Support told me they don't know anything and suggested to contact some email, which I did and they're silent. Please tell me, how should I call it? Stay away at all costs.

Seems like nothing changes

When I was a contractor in the 90s I tried to buy some components from them. I was blocked no matter what I tried. They just did not want to deal with a "small guy". During and since that time I have designed in $millions worth of components and none have come from Arrow. I made sure of that.
Even apart from that, their reputation is not exactly stellar.

very BAD

Order paid with DDP incoterms (delivered duty paid) and still had to pay import taxes because on the invoice they state CIF. No answers from the customer's service. The worst shop ever. Go to Mouser.com or TME. They are much better. Arrow will fall soon or later. Better soon than later.

Irresponsible and Terrible services

Irresponsible and Terrible services in the times of semiconductor components shortage, getting back-orders for months and cancelling later while being paid fully, acting like a bank with 0% interest from their costumers.
We placed two orders for thousands of components and after 3 months they cancelled the orders by just saying just "sorry" and nothing more, the reimbursement of the money takes up to 6 weeks, so basically they had our money for half a year without doing any positive action.
Totally avoid this company as much as you can.

A shame

Is terrible that every 2 weeks there is a blocking request from Arrow side in order to delay the refounds... Consider we made a payment and the reason of the refound is the impossibility from Arrow to execute the order.

Totally unprofessional supplier!

Have tried to order from this company on three occasions in the past two months and have now had enough. Arrow Electronics are incapable of operating as a supplier of electronic component via the internet. It's like dealing with people from the stone age and we have now closed both our company account and use another supplier.

Ordered On their Website

On their Website, the payment is readily taken, before it clearly says how the items would ship. Then hours later the billing shows Two Shipments, even though the place of origin is at the same facility. Immediately I went on the website to COMBINE THE ORDER, to avoid a separate shipping charge. NO RESPONSE. They shipped two tiny resistors that cost a total of $0.83 and charged $5.99 shipping! It's been a week and the most important part of my shipment hasn't arrived.

Portable Battery Stapler

We were looking for an electric stapler for some minor upholstery work at home. Located the Model T50DCD at Home Depot. An answer to our search. A portable battery powered unit that just fit the bill. The charger hookup is a little tricky. Other than that the unit works fine and meets our needs. A good variety of staples available also. Recommend purchase.
