Delivery was fast and the shipping cost was very reasonable. The item arrived safely with no damage. The remastered picture quality is beautiful, and the bonus features were great too! I purchased this knowing it would only have English subtitles, as a Japanese release of this remastered version is unlikely. I'm really glad I bought it!

Great company to deal with. Ordering is easy and the physical media always arrives very quickly and in excellent condition as they always package them very well. Overall very happy customer.

Ordered 3 items in their Easter sale. 2 arrived in perfect condition wrapped in cellophane - as usual. 3rd item arrived unwrapped & feeling quite dirty with sticky goo on the back, maybe from a label.
Queried with customer support as to whether new items are shipped unwrapped - they cannot confirm either way.
I feel that I have received someone else's returned item.

Absolutely Love ARROW FILMS! The sale was great, managed to pick up a 4K & Blu Ray for excellent price!
It has to be said, Arrow continue to lead the way in 4K Transfers of great films, studios like Paramount, Universal, need to get a lesson from the Arrow Team on how to restore a film!!

This company is doing well the restored and remastered Blu-Rays that they release. Like the 'Bruce Lee at Golden Harvest' boxset, or the upcoming 'Jackie Chan's Breakout Hits'.
The people at Arrow Films are trying to locate original material from old Hong Kong movie classics, alternative versions, never-before-seen footage. Then they remaster it wonderfully, add extras and what have you, dress the whole package with commissioned artwork, add booklets with informative notes/articles into the mix, and the final product is ready to ship.
That is what the HK action cinema fans would like to see. Painstakingly-done restorations and remasters of all those old classics, various extras and exquisite artwork.

Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for The killer 4k limited edition and hard boiled 4k limited edition however I have only received the killer 4k limited edition yesterday. I have been messaging arrow films through their website who have not been very helpful in this matter. This is really disappointing and disgusting behaviour by the arrow films customer services department. All I am requesting is to send me my full order that I have paid for not scamming people for their hard earned money. I would have given them 0 stars but there is no option for that one. Please everyone stay away from this company.
