My daughter had lots of fun and came home with a nice piece of art! Highly recommend!

I used to attend painting classes with Art-K in Fulham and now at their Clapham branch. My weekly classes are often the highlight of my week!

This is a really great place to learn and enjoy art, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Lubi is a great teacher who is always available to share her knowledge and guide students throughout. The classes are well equipped with all the supplies you need.

If you’re looking to get back into painting, learn something new or simply destress from the hustle and bustle of - this is the place to be!

It’s a lovely little studio in Clapham Old Town that has a lot of different mediums to use. The adult art courses are great, Lubi is a fab teacher, very encouraging and provides guidance and tips, and takes the lead from her students. Excited to continue courses with them!

I have the art skills of a primary school child. As evidenced by their considerably more accomplished artwork on the studio walls.

But Lubi was a great teacher and helped me learn some of the basics of watercolour painting. The monday evening class was always a lovely way to start the week, I would highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere and people! I really enjoy attending the art classes in Clapham. Besides having a great time there, I am improving my drawing skills. It is a great oasis in an always-busy-full-of-deadlines life. Dimitris is a very patient and helpful teacher. He leaves you space to create but is always attentive to helping you improve your techniques.

Our daughter absolutely loves her art classes at Art-K Clapham. The sessions are engaging, creative, and tailored to nurture each child’s artistic abilities. Our daughter is inspired to continue creating at home and looks forward to every class. Dimitris is fantastic, children adore him! The teachers are warm, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!

I've been attending the weekly adult art classes for more than a year now, and I can't express how much I love them! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and inspiring. Dimitris is not only talented but also patient and encouraging, making sure everyone feels comfortable and motivated to explore their creativity.

Each session is well-organized, with a perfect balance of guided instruction and free time to experiment with different techniques and mediums. I've learned so much and have seen a significant improvement in my skills. Plus, it's a great way to meet people who share a passion for art.

They truly are a highlight of my week!

Recomended by my cousin. My son was preparing for a art scholarship and Dimitri and his taem were really great helping my son preparing his portofolio.

The Clapham venue is lovely - I had walked passed over several years dreaming of going to a class in there, or sending my child and when finally the opportunity presented itself I was not dissappointed - my daughter really enjoys coming along - she has her preference of what she likes to do so not as keen on all the projects, however I think she always enjoys being there and the gentle, nurturing atmosphere.

I joined the painting classes for the first time and I had an amazing experience.
I learnt from Lubi the basics of acrylic painting. She is amazing and very helpful. She ensures to check on each person in the class and helps them.

I attended my second art class this week, over in Clapham London. It is a great art space and is relaxed and friendly. I booked a course of 5 weeks and I found it great value for money. The class is run by an experienced art teacher Dimitrist. Who I find enthusiastic, knowledgeable, talented and a good communicator. Dimitrist runs a small class and gives each student his time explaining how best to improve or develop their techniques. I have improved the way I look at objects and there is also a improvement to my shading abilities. I like the way he demonstrates these techniques. I also like that the course is tailored to my needs and covers all areas of producing artworks.
With children attending during the day and adults in the evening, space to fit a wheelchair, the ethos surely must be, all is welcome.
I have already told friends of art-K and now, I am telling you! It is great.

I highly recommend Art-K Clapham; my daughter just started there and is progressing well with her artwork. The teachers are patient and enthusiastic.

My son has been attending art-k since September following a successful session during the holidays. He absolutely loves it and learning new skills as they work with different mediums and do new techniques throughout the course. The staff are very friendly and encouraging. He always comes skipping out and I recommend art-k to any child who loves art.

Wonderful art classes. Have been joining these for a few weeks now starting as a complete beginner. As well as learning, a very relaxing 1.5 hours away from work or TV etc. with a lovely group of people!

My son has been attending art-k in clapham for 9 months now, and absolutely loves it! He finds the projects really absorbing, has enjoyed trying a variety of techniques (sketching, dracing, painting, clay, papier mache...) and has a great relationship with all the teachers there. As a parent, I find the team very warm, welcoming and supportive. They are really encouraging of children and help them bring out their best creative selves. I would recommend Art K clapham without a moment's hesitation to anyone interested in doing some art!

Lovely Sunday art class which my daughter (6 years old) enjoys very much, started a year ago at Clapham, since then my girl enhances her drawing and painting skills, always happy and look forward to go on Sunday, teacher is very patient and helpful. Highly recommended.

My 8-year-old son has been attending Art-K Clapham for over 2 years, and it’s been a wonderful experience for him. He absolutely loves going every week and comes home beaming with pride after completing each project. His confidence in his artistic abilities has grown immensely, and he now approaches creative tasks with excitement and focus. Lubi, his teacher, is fantastic—she’s patient, encouraging, and creates such a positive atmosphere for learning. It’s amazing to see my usually energetic son sit down, channel his energy, and explore his creativity in such a supportive environment. Booking sessions is simple, and communication with the team has always been prompt and helpful. We always secure his spot for the next term and try and squeeze in some holiday workshops too. We can’t wait to see what he’ll create next!

I joined this art studio a month ago to rekindle my love for painting, and it’s been a fantastic experience! From day one, Lubi, my instructor, has been incredibly supportive and encouraging. Not only is she a gifted artist and teacher, but she’s also been wonderfully accommodating to my work schedule, making it easy for me to fit classes into my work/travel schedule. The studio itself is warm and inspiring, stocked with everything you need to explore your creativity. I’ve already learned so much and can’t wait to keep growing here. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a welcoming space to dive into art!
